Thank you, Kurt, for your friendly reply note. It's great to sense that you are thriving in your engineering career.

Maybe someday one of the companies you do projects for will want you to pursue an engineering project relating to a site in Wisconsin, your beloved native state. That would be a golden opportunity for you to combine your Texas and Wisconsin heritages in a very pleasant and financially lucrative context.

Kurt, you have a flair for good-humored sense of wholesome adventure, and I hope that 2013 brings you many more opportunities for cheerful and joyous adventures in your career and leisuretime.

Incidentally, I would be very, very grateful to you if you would please contact any law-enforcement agency you regard as reliable and share with it any rumors or guesses or hunches or impressions, etc., that you might ever be able to offer in regard to who has been or is currently illegally entering my one-bedroom bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing, and what the alleged intruders' illegal point of entry into my bolt-locked apartment has been or is at present.

Other questions that the Austin Police Department has repeatedly asked me about or alluded to, and which I would like to share with you yourself today, are:

----Do you yourself know of any person or persons or civic groups or religious groups or "educational" institutions or media companies, etc., who allegedly might seek to harm me (John Kevin McMillan) or injure me in any way?

----Do you know of any person or group of persons or entity that or who exhibit a low estimation of my own worth as a human being, and this particular question was suggested to me by a comment made to me in the 1990s by an older brother of mine, who emphatically volunteered to me on the telephone when I lived and worked in Sweetwater, Texas, that he knew of a man ... (in) the New York City area who "has a very low estimation of you (John Kevin McMillan) as a human being."

----Do you know of any person or group of persons or entity that exhibits antipathy or hatred or malice toward myself in any context?

----Do you know why any person or group of persons would attempt to "drive" or "hound" or compel myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, into moving away from the Austin area?

----Do you know of any person or group of persons who exhibit a defiance of my own privacy rights inside the bolt-locked apartment unit that I rent and live in?

Finally, Kurt, I hope you won't mind my mentioning that even a $50 loan from you would be a big help to me, if you ever decide at any time this month or early next month that you would feel comfortable about lending me $50 during this particular period. I mention this on the off-chance that possibly the amount I had cited in my request for a loan might have possibly struck you as an unreasonably large amount for me to cite in that context.

Thank you again, Kurt, for being one of the nicest gentlemen of my own life here in Austin. It would be great fun to play tennis with you again, if you ever do find that you are in the Austin area and you have the itme available to rally with me at the Wind River Crossing tennis court.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,

John:

No offense. Just extremely busy with work and I get hundreds of emails per day; so it is difficult to sift through them all. Sorry I can’t help you out on the rent. Wish I could. Best of luck on everything.

Thanks,

Kurt,

Would you at least be willing to tell me if I have somehow offended you, and that this is why I don't hear from you anymore? I apologize if I somehow offended you in any way. You were one of the very nicest and friendliest neighbors of mine at Wind River Crossing, and it was very enjoyable to get together with you and play tennis with you when you had the time for it.

With Friendly Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan.

Dear Kurt,

A Belated Happy New Year to one of the nicest Wisconsin-Texan hybrids I have ever met. I hope that you are continuing to thrive in Texas, and that your tennis game is going well these days.

Kurt, I would also like to thank you for very kindly authorizing me to send you occasional E-mail notes during a very challenging period for me in which I am currently working seven days per week at three different restaurant-industry-only jobs in Austin. I also appreciate your very kind comment to me several years ago, shortly before you moved out of your Wind River Crossing apartment unit, that you might be willing to lend me some money after you got established in your engineering career.

Kurt, I am writing you today to ask you if you might be willing to lend me $100 or $150 at this time, money that will definitely go toward my paying my apartment rent due March 3, 2013, at the very latest.

I am very hopeful that this one follow-up letter will be persuasive, for several reasons:

----Three different law-enforcement agencies other than the Austin Police Department have made phone calls to me in recent weeks in which they each posed questions to me on the telephone about the cited continuous daily and year-round personal-injury crimes case and continuous daily and year-round anal-rape crimes case---a case that began in mid-April 2011, from the standpoint of my being awakened in the middle of my sleep at all hours of the day or night with pain in my anus and pain in my legs and pain in my hips, etc.---- in which I am always the victim during periods in which I am sleeping alone and lying alone on a bed of mine inside my bolt-locked apartment unit.

That very recent interest in this crime case by three other law-enforcement agencies is grounds for hope that at least one of the alleged illegal intruders inside my bolt-locked apartment unit will get arrested by a law-enforcement agency in the next two or three weeks.

One of the recent phone calls to me at my private residence by a law-enforcement agency was from the Texas Rangers Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Rangers Division being famous for their investigations of alleged corruption by local or state government or other entities.

Also, one of those recent phone calls to me was from (UT System Police Assistant Director Ruben Puente,) the second-highest-ranked law-enforcement officer for the Police Department for the entire University of Texas System in Austin, Texas.

Another of those phone calls to me was from a nearby municipal law-enfrorcement agency, the Sunset Valley Police Department in Sunset Valley, Texas, with the officer who called me, Lt. Richard Andreucci, promptly asking me if I have any reason to believe or suspect that the security guard at Wind River Crossing, Josh Simon, who is also an officer for Sunset Valley PD in Sunset Valley, Texas, allegedly has had any involvement in the alleged anal-rape crimes victimizing myself during my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit at WRC Apts. I was very surprised by that question, by the way.

----I have had to spend hundreds of dollars in all, including recently, on attempting to obtain infrared-camera photo documentation of the illegal intruders and illegal trespassers inside my bolt-locked and fully-secured apartment unit (Apt. 325, a top-floor, vaulted-ceiling one-bedroom apartment unit) during periods when I am sleeping alone and lying alone on my bed.

--I am consistently law-abiding and honest and civil, and I do not have any criminal-conviction record.

---Like you, I am a native of the Midwest. I was born in Bryan Memorial Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Kurt, I will always feel inspired by your phenomenal niceness toward me back when we first became acquainted with each other at Wind River Crossing back in 2001, during a period when I roomed with Christian Meza in Apartment 1638 in Building 16. Your affability and geniality and refreshing sense of humor are truly wonderful.

I hope to hear from you soon.

With Friendly Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,
11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325 (I am keeping my front-porch lights on every night, from now on, as I hope this will increase the chances of anyone driving through this area or visiting this complex calling 911 to report any suspicious persons whom they observe on the front balcony for my second-floor unit, Apt. 325 in Building 3), Austin, Texas, 78759.
