Dear Texas Rangers Division Officials and Investigators, Below, please find an urgent E-mail letter from myself that's primarily addressed to your Texas Rangers Division of the Texas DPS in Austin.

I am politely requesting that your division which nobly insists on full integrity and accountability by government-----including by the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas----please review as soon as possible the repeated refusal throughout all of 2012 by the municipal law-enforcement agency in Austin, Texas, to investigate repeated and very accurate allegations by myself about alleged continuous and daily (and frequent) and year-round felony personal-injury crimes victimizing myself, and about alleged continuous and daily (and frequent) and year-round felony rape crimes also victimizing myself during my sleep ( I snore), inside my bolt-locked one-bedroom apartment unit where I live alone and always sleep alone at the Westdale-owned Wind River Crossing in northwest Austin.

I would like to also mention that I am a former full-time employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety, and I did work for your state agency's Motor Carrier Bureau along Guadalupe Street in Austin for 12 consecutive months.

I hope to hear from you soon about this very urgent criminal-law case in which the Austin Police Department has allegedly committed possible alleged obstruction of justice through APD's repeated failure to investigate or prosecute this ongoing felony-crimes case at any time in 2012.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

from John Kevin McMillan, I myself being a law-abiding and civil, platoncially polite, longtime-celibate-by-choice, gainfully-employed, single adult gentleman who myself leads a completely and permanently drinking-alcohol-free and completely and permanently marijuana-free and completely and permanently illicit-drug-free and completely and permanently tobacco-free lifestyle here in Austin.

Dear Highly Esteemed State of Texas Officials, Travis County Government Officials, Dallas County Government Officials, and other Culturally Influential Civic Leaders,

A high-ranking law-enforcement officer of a State of Texas agency advised me on the telephone yesterday (December 31, 2012) that because of the very apparent alleged failure of the Austin Police Department over a multi-month period to fully and diligently investigate and prosecute alleged continuous and ongoing personal-injury crimes and alleged continuous and ongoing anal-rape crimes and alleged continuous and ongoing nasal-inhalant-rape crimes and alleged continuous and ongoing oral-inhalant-rape crimes and alleged continuous and ongoing deliberate-sleep-deprivation-infliction crimes I've informed that State of Texas agency about in writing that have all been allegedly inflicted on me by one or more alleged assailants who allegedly entered the private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit (I live alone, and I always sleep alone) in a flagrantly illegal manner, I have the option of myself directly contacting the Texas Rangers Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety state agency.

That State of Texas law-enforcement official also advised me yesterday that I may politely request that the Texas Rangers Division of the DPS please investigate alleged evidence of alleged corruption by the Austin Police Department in that municipal law-enforcement agency's conduct relating to myself (John Kevin McMillan, single adult gentleman and longtime celibate-by-choice gentleman who myself is the ONLY approved tenant or leasee on my current 11-month lease agreement with the Westdale-owned and Westdale-managed Wind River Crossing Apartments in Austin, Texas) in this alleged ongoing-felony-crimes case in which I am definitely the victim during my sleep inside my bolt-locked and fully-secured apartment unit.

The admirable for-profit corporation that owns and operates Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin is itself reportedly headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

With help from any of you very courageous and influential public officials and cultural leaders, I hope to receive a phone call or reply letter about this very urgent matter from the Texas Rangers sometime this week.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a civil and law-abiding and gainfully-employed, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free single adult gentleman and longstanding criminal-law complainant at Wind River Crossing Apartments.

with a courtesy carbon-copy to the General Manager Ann Coker and Assistant Manager Kara Stevens at Wind River Crossing, who I hope will also politely agree with me that the Austin Police Department has allegedly refused throughout all of 2012 thus far to investigate or help prosecute this alleged ongoing and continuous felony-crimes case in which I am definitely the victim during my sleep inside my bolt-locked one-bedroom, top-floor, vaulted-ceiling apartment unit. I might add that I ALWAYS sleep alone on my bed, and I NEVER have any invited late-night guest inside my bolt-locked apartment unit after midnight.
