Rep. Romero,
You directly represent me in the Utah House of Representatives. Do you support the sanctity of sleep? If so, do you agree with me that any and all assault crimes that occur here in Utah while the victim is held unconscious or sleeping should be penalized more by our state penal code because the victim was unconscious and unable to defend himself or herself?
