Message Subject: contacting law enforcement agency on my behalf

Message Text:
Congressman McCaul, Is there any circumstance in which you would be willing to consider contacting a federal or state or local law-enforcement agency on my behalf as the cited victim, if you yourself ever sense or conclude that this particular honest and law-abiding and gainfully employed single-by-choice, longtime-celibate-by-choice, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free and always-sober white male constituent of yours---myself, John Kevin McMillan of northwest Austin---am currently being victimized by alleged organized criminal activities that possibly involve one or more citizens of, or illegal immigrants from, at least one foreign nation?

HOW TO TURN INTO A SOCIAL PARIAH OR OUTCAST, AND GET OSTRACIZED IN AUSTIN, TEXAS:

---Confess to an Austin resident that you have never consumed cocaine, and that you yourself are appalled by cocaine.

--State to an Austin resident that you yourself would like to obtain a reliable estimate on the percentage of all Austin residents age 15 or older who are addicted to marijuana or any other illicit drug.

--State to an Austin resident that you believe that smokers in Austin who are employed should expect to have the total amount of time per workshift that they take on their own initiative for "mini-breaks", deducted from their total number of hours on the job for which they get paid by their employer.

--State to an Austin resident that you believe it is illegal for a person situated at a Capital Metro bus stop in Austin to be consuming beer outdoors on that public property.

--State to an Austin resident that you are appalled by the number of homeless persons in Austin who reportedly drink mouthwash as a way of getting "a buzz" or "getting drunk," when that mouthwash is poisonous and very harmful to their health.

--Confess to an Austin resident that you yourself are VERY uncomfortable with the so-called "High Five" handshake, and that the traditional English handshake is the ONLY type of handshake that you yourself agree to participate in.

--State to an Austin resident that you DO NOT believe it discriminates against younger persons or African-Americans or "hip" persons that you yourself insist on shaking hands with them, when and if that situation ever occurs, using the traditional English handshake.

--State to an Austin resident that you yourself cannot feel comfortable about watching football games until such time as the injury rate for players in those games is reduced by at least 50 percent, and that you strongly disagree with President Trump's very irresponsible statement that professional football of today is not aggressive enough, in his opinion.

--State to an Austin resident your emphatic belief that anyone in Austin who consumes or purchases ANY QUANTITY OF ANY ILLICIT DRUG, does in fact by definition have ties to organized crime.

--State to an Austin resident that you yourself never visit East Sixth Street in downtown Austin as a paying customer.

--State to an Austin resident that you are dismayed by the many cases of public intoxication and fist-fights that occur every week along East Sixth Street in downtown Austin.

--State to an Austin resident that you regard the pick-up bar scene along East Sixth Street in downtown Austin as a spawning ground for AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases, and for unwanted pregnancy.

--State to an Austin resident that you believe that customers inside pick-up bars and nightclubs, along with "bathhouses" where sex occurs inside those "bathhouses", should each be required to pay an AIDS surcharge sales tax in those establishments that help finance AIDS-prevention-education services in Austin public schools, including public universities.

--State to an Austin resident that you are disgusted by how many adult persons in this city refuse to wear any underwear, and insist on themselves "mooning" numerous persons each day, including minors, such as whenever the cited adult persons bend over at their workplace or other public place and reveal their naked behind to anyone having the unpleasant experience of glancing in their direction.

--State to an Austin resident that you yourself almost exclusively verbalize the word "sex" in referring to diseases.

--Confess to an Austin resident that you yourself almost never refer to "sex" or "sexual identity" in your own everyday conversations with anyone.

--State to a female Austin resident that you want to know whether her most recent pregnancy was, in fact, a WANTED pregnancy for herself?

--State to a female Austin resident that you would like to know whether she has a personal lifestyle strategy designed to spare her from sustaining an unwanted pregnancy?

--State to a pregnant female Austin resident that you would like to know if she has ever at any time in her entire life ever on any occasion ever once sustained ANY pregnancy she actually wanted to have?

--State to a pregnant Austin woman that you want to know if she is philosophically opposed to herself ever getting pregnant in the context of her being married to the male person who impregnated her?

--State to a pregnant Austin woman that you want to know if she has ever in her entire life ever once experienced the joy of experiencing a pregnancy that she did, in fact, want to have and chose in advance to have?

--State to a pregnant woman or pregnant girl in Austin that you want to know if she is willing to tell you the name of the male person who impregnated her in a non-marital context?

--State to a pregnant woman in Austin that you would like to know if she considers herself to be the "lucky mother"?

--State to a pregnant woman in Austin that you would like to know what she likes the most or loves the most about the "lucky father"?

--State to an Austin resident that you are appalled by continuous anonymous communications, and that you yourself very emphatically refrain from participating in continuous anonymous communications.

--State to an Austin resident that since Austin is reportedly the "live music capital of the world", you want to know the lyrics of his own personal favorite song that was actually written by an Austin-based song-writer at any time in the most recent five-year period?

--Confess to an Austin resident that you have never attended a rock concert in Austin on any occasion in your entire life, and that you value your eardrums too much to ever get exposed to noise pollution of that type.

---State to an Austin resident that you yourself are VERY opposed to the use of continuous noise pollution in Austin as a political or religious "weapon" aimed at punishing or persecuting or harassing a disliked person and also aimed at making him or her "go deaf" and thereby incur a medical disability or become incapacitated.

--State to an Austin resident that you want anyone and everyone, regardless of which subcultures they themselves criticize in a non-anonymous manner, to enjoy the best possible medical health and creatively vital medical longevity or lifespan.

--State to an Austin resident that you are VERY opposed to brainwashing projects aimed at censoring a person for having political and religious and personal beliefs that are unpopular with a cited "community" or a cited "subculture" or a cited person or group of persons.

--Confess to an Austin resident that you do not wear or own any jewelry.

--State to an Austin resident that you do not regard it as "Fascism" or "Nazism" when you yourself report to the Austin Police Department factual evidence you have obtained of illicit drug activities in Austin.

--State to an Austin resident that you yourself are very opposed to "railroading" out of town or harassing a person whose political and religious and personal beliefs are repugnant to yourself, and that you revere their Freedom of Speech-protected legal and Constitutional rights.

---State to an Austin resident that the percentage of single adult Anglo drug-addicts in Austin is so high that when they get married someday, you expect them to invite their drug dealer to serve as the "best man" at their wedding ceremony.

--State to an Austin resident that you regard graffiti on public property in Austin as criminal mischief for which the perpetrators should each be arrested and charged with a crime.

--Confess to an Austin resident that you yourself never verbalize profanity or obscenities in your everyday conversations.

--State to an Austin resident that you support the lifestyle practice of taking a shower or bath at least once per day.

--State to an Austin resident that you support the wearing of underarm deodorant by as many adult Austin residents as possible.

--State to an Austin resident that "getting high" is not a favorite mantra of yours.

--State to an Austin resident that you support blowing one's nose in a private or public restroom, rather than while remaining seated at a dining table.

---State to an Austin resident that you are dismayed by how many Austinites regard talking about each of the tattoos emblazoned on their own body as their idea of an interesting conversation topic.

--State to an Austin resident that you yourself do not have any tattoos to show them, since you have no tattoo anywhere on your own body.

--State to an Austin resident that you would like to see any and all tobacco products permanently removed from the shelves of all retail stores throughout Austin.

--Confess to an Austin resident that you are thoroughly repulsed by beards or mustaches or goatees on men, and that you regard facial hair as a public health issue, since facial hair can spread germs.

--State to an Austin resident that the failure of the Austin City Council to hire a permanent new city manager at any time in more than one year indicates to you that a lot of prospective first-rate applicants question the level of integrity and level of honesty of Austin and the local government here.

---State to an Austin resident that you believe that anyone who is HIV-positive should feel fully honorbound to lead a permanently celibate lifestyle in which he refrains from having any intimate physical contact of any type with other human beings.

---State to an Austin resident that you believe that anyone who infects another person with the HIV virus should face criminal charges in a court of law.

--State to an Austin resident that you recommend that anyone who is HIV-positive should consider purchasing a pet dog and hugging that pet dog whenever that HIV-positive person feels a need for physical contact.

---Confess to an Austin resident that you have not consumed any drinking alcohol on any occasion in many years.

---State to an Austin resident that you yourself are thoroughly disgusted by the many "hookah" business establishments currently operating in Austin.

---Confess to an Austin resident that you are thoroughly repulsed by tattoos on human bodies.

---State to an Austin resident that in the best of all possible worlds, you would love to see all of the dozens of tattoo parlors in Austin closed down permanently.

---Confess to an Austin resident that you are dismayed by nostril rings.

---Confess to an Austin resident that you believe that tongue rings are disgusting.

---State to an Austin resident that you frequently make 911 phone calls to the Austin Police Department in which you report to the police evidence you have obtained of alleged possible felony crimes or suspicious activities.

--State to an Austin resident that you are one Austin resident who WELCOMES any and all interviews or forensic DNA swabs anyplace on your own body or any lie-detector tests or any ongoing 24-hour-a-day electronic surveillance of your own bed inside your rental apartment unit that the Austin Police Department is ever willing to grant you in your self-identified status as a crime victim in Austin.

---State to an Austin resident that you are disgusted by how many Austin residents of today routinely verbalize the "f"-word in everyday conversation.

--State to an Austin resident that you hope that African-Americans in Austin will please refrain from using the "n" word in reference to other African-Americans .

---State to an Austin resident that you are a longtime celibate-by-choice, recently-certified-HIV-negative, single-by-choice gentleman who DOES NOT want to have any physical contact or any sexual-contact with ANYONE.

---State to an Austin resident that you DO NOT support legalization of marijuana.

--State to an Austin resident that you DO NOT support legalization of medical marijuana.

--State to an Austin resident that you DO NOT support sex-change operations involving surgical removal of the penis from a male person's body.

--State to an Austin resident that you DO NOT support any form of "weirdness" in Austin that involves illegal or flagrantly illegal conduct.

--State to an Austin resident that you oppose the sadomasochistic physical torture of any human being, such as by physically beating or physically whipping another human being, and that you would be very pleased if all of the self-identified S&M scene pick-up bars of Austin went out of business.

--State to an Austin resident that you are very opposed to the insertion of a human fist into the anus of a human being, and that the S&M community of Austin that pursues this "lifestyle" practice of "fist fornication" or "fist f-cking" (letter "u" omitted for the sake of propriety) is very offensive to you.

--State to an Austin resident  that you emphatically oppose pederasty, and you also strongly oppose intergenerational exploitation of adult persons by persons significantly older than themselves.

--State to an Austin resident that you DO NOT HAVE any "client" relationship with any drug dealer, and that you most definitely hope that all ALL of the current drug dealers of Austin will get arrested and face criminal charges in a court of law.

REPUBLICAN CONGRESSMAN AND U.S. HOUSE HOMELAND SECURITY CHAIRMAN MICHAEL McCAUL OF WESTLAKE HILLS, TEXAS, HINTS IN AN OCTOBER 10, 2017, SIGNED OFFICIAL REPLY LETTER TO A GAINFULLY EMPLOYED, LAW-ABIDING AND LAW-ENFORCEMENT-MINDED, SINGLE ADULT WHITE MALE CONSTITUENT OF HIS (MYSELF, JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN OF AUSTIN) THAT REP. Dear Mr. McMillan:

Thank you for contacting me regarding impeaching President Donald J. Trump. I appreciate the benefit of having your views on this matter.

The United States Constitution grants Congress the power to impeach the president for acts of high crimes and misdemeanors. Since 1789, only two presidents have been impeached by Congress; Presidents Andrew Johnson in 1868 and Bill Clinton in 1998, but neither was removed from office. As history illustrates, the use of impeachment is rarely used and should be only after careful consideration and in extreme cases.

As you may know, on July 12, 2017, Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) filed an article of impeachment against President Donald J. Trump. Rep. Sherman claims that President Trump has obstructed justice by firing former FBI Director James Comey during the federal investigation into Russia meddling in the 2016 presidential election. To impeach the President of the United States, the full House of Representatives must have a majority vote on an article of impeachment. Afterwards, the Senate has the power to try the impeachment to remove the President from office and will need to two-thirds vote to convict the President of wrongdoing.

As a former federal prosecutor, I fully understand your concerns about executive power. Please rest assured, I will hold this Administration to the same standards as any other and I will not shy away from standing firm on principle. Should articles of impeachment come to the House floor for a vote, please know that I will keep your thoughts in mind.

Once again, thank you for contacting my office. Please feel free to visit my website www.mccaul.house.gov for more information on constituent services, legislative updates, my E-Newsletter, and the ongoing work in Congress. It continues to be a great honor to be allowed to represent you in the United States House of Representatives.

Sincerely,

Michael T. McCaul
Member of Congress

John – the conservative legislature and judiciary has made cases of this nature almost impossible to prosecute – you would have to know who the perpetrator is to even begin – I don’t know an atty who handles these matter any more – you might try travis county lawyer referral service on the outside chance they could make a recommendation – sorry for all your troubles --louis

...If you are in fact being sexually abused by someone or have been sexually abused in the past that only speaks to that PERPETRATOR'S behavior. If for example the perpetrator is male and the victim is male you cannot make the leap that all homosexuals are perpetrators. That is faulty reasoning....

Thanks for reassuring me that you are not offended by my reaching out to our classmates, Les and Annie.

I appreciate that you have talked with and been examined by your primary care physician. That makes me feel better that your health care provider is aware of what is going on. It is entirely possible that my opinion is wrong and that you have in fact been sexually assaulted. If that is the case I hope that APD gets the DNA results processed soon so that you can get some resolution.

Be assured that I have no worries that someone might ridicule or harass me for showing confidence in you. I like to treat all people with respect and if others have a problem with that so be it. As I said before I think you are a good and sincere person and I am sorry that you are having to deal with what you are going through.

My wish for you is that this will stop being an issue and you will be able to live without the stress you have been dealing with since 2011.

John,
I am happy to hear that you have gotten some movement from Travis County District Attorney's Office to investigate your complaint. But I have no information or knowledge of anyone that would have any antipathy towards you.

I hope all is well with you and that you didn't suffer any negative effects from all of this rain we've had.

Take care and be well, Sona

John,

I'm not sure that I know anyone who can assist you in getting APD to move forward with testing your rape-evidence kit. The only attorneys I know are defense attorneys. I don't think a defense attorney would be able to handle that type of case as their bailiwick is defending someone accused of a crime.

Another thought I have about your situation is that I've read in the paper the lab that does the DNA testing is woefully behind and has a backlog of work. My guess is that APD prioritizes which specimens to test based on what they deem to be a priority. I know that your case is a priority for you and that is understandable, but APD may not see it that way. Have you asked if you can meet with someone from Victim Services at APD? Perhaps a Victim Services counselor would be able to assist you in finding out if APD plans to move forward with your case. I don't want to be too pessimistic but if the crime occurred almost 3 years ago and APD has not moved forward I would take that as an indication that they are not pursuing your case very vigorously.

I can understand that this whole situation is very distressing for you. I'm sorry you have had to go through this. I hope you can try to put it behind you.

Be well,

Sona

John,
Since you can't identify the possible perpetrator/s I think it would be fruitless to file a complaint with the medical board. If it is not one of your medical providers you certainly don't want to inflict a cloud of suspicion around them. However if you had a specific and solid memory of someone violating your body then a complaint would make sense. ...

Certainly everyone should have the right to live the lifestyle they choose and be free from illegal assault. As I’ve stated before my recommendation would be to move on and find a new place to live.

Dear John,

I am again impressed at how expensive and unsafe your apartment might be…and how little I can do to help your problem, except suggest that perhaps you investigate possible other causes of the pain, especially anal cancer. If I remember correctly Farrah Fawcett died of anal cancer. It is not a pleasant disease and of course very painful. What amazes me is that you seem to be such a sound sleeper, yet always wake up with pain.

There must be cheaper and safer apartments in Austin???

Even I can see that you have substantial problems….and not only at the end of every month…way beyond my meager capacity to help you…though now there is substantial uncertainty in my mind exactly what they are..and how to solve them…I am amazed at how much money rich people make off of poor people who cannot balance their budgets and wind up paying exorbitant late fees…translating into humongous interest rates….I guess eventually poor people learn to budget…

I wish you “Good Luck”…

Mike

dear john,

i appreciate historically your vision of reality fictionvictim so to speak, but i might suggest there is another genre of reality fiction which is very popular, which falls under the reality fiction self help category where the victim realizes that through greater consciousness he can rise above his victimhood, and through grander self realization find within himself the elements for his redemption.. this also makes great movies and sells well

anyway, as i probably explained to you earlier, this is financially a very unsure time in my life, and until i resolve some issues, i really do not have "spare change"...per se..

I have difficulty understanding the logic of either your problems or your solutions. It is difficult for me to distinguish your capacity for fiction from your devotion to the truth. I also do not see any end to your problems in the immediate future, especially since your life seems to be an endless problem set, with a monthly periodicity..

It might be slightly better if you would learn how to budget, but that is up to you..

best of luck,

Mike

John,

....I have difficulty in comprehending the enormity of your seemingly endless problems…and realize the fine line between truth and fiction is problematic when compared to simple survival…

but

It is your life,

DEAR JOHN;

MY ADVERSION TO LAWYERS IS GREATER THAN THE THEIR EXTREMELY EXORABATANT COSTS. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY EVER SOLVE ANYTHING, BUT INSTEAD PLAY UPON THE DELUSIONS OF THEIR CLIENTS. YOUR BELIEF IN “LEGAL RELIEF” FOR PROBLEMS TO ME IS A SIGN OF MUCH DEEPER PROBLEMS, WAY BEYOND MY MEAGER CAPACITY TO ASSIST YOU IN.

OF COURSE,

I WISH YOU, GOOD LUCK…

BUT WOW…

Dear John,

Maybe I should remind you that I will never pay money to lawyers “gift” or donate money to be paid to lawyers…if I can at all avoid it. I believe it is delusional to think that lawyers will actually solve problems…or that one can get “justice” through the legal system…I try to avoid lawyers as much as I can, and I am sorry that you feel compelled to associate with one. This is another indication that your problems are far worse than I have capacity to help you with.

GOOD LUCK,

Mike

Dear John

Sorry I am late getting back to you….

I realized with your last communication that your problems were way beyond any meager capacity I have to help you…I cannot comment on the veracity of your claims, except that you seem to be an extremely sound sleeper, and of course the problem with the locked doors..Either way, I do see that you (may ) have very serious problem(s)

It is strange in that I often have dreams where I am back in Texas and am surprised that both Mom and Dad recovered from their illness…It is so great to be able to talk to Mother again…and of course Dad..In these dreams, I always am trying to get a flight out of Texas, back to California, but can never quite dial the phone right to make a reservation…or else thinking about the roads to New Mexico, and what would be the fastest way out of Texas…Anyway, I always wake up and want to call Mother to say Hi…and tell her not to worry about me…

I also realize that documentation for a private attorney is a very costly sort of thing,

Good Luck,

Mike

Dear J.ohn,

I am amazed at the seriousness of your problems... would seem that you live in an unsafe and overly expensive apartment: Are there not safer and cheaper apartments in Austin??

MIke..

PS. Are you sure that you are not suffering from rectal cancer??

Dear John,

I am a little surprised to hear from you now, and also surprised that you still have the problem of holding on to your apartment.

Ihave not been following your case against the APD, notr do I really want to, as it is my impression that there are no winners in a legal case involving police officers as the jury almost always sides with the officers, especially in Texas. I also find myself amazed at how your problems transform themselves into other slightly different problems…as if there were no end to them, only the illusion of an end. I also have zero..less than zero ..confidence in the American legal system, and hence only view your optimism as semi delusional..and potentially leading to more slightly transformed problems..that always seem to characterize your life.
Ie..I see no end in sight.

Anyway, I will consider your request, however, I do not want to give you false hope, especially since my supplying you with money does not really solve anything, historically speaking.

And of course, you are not the only one who has problems,

Dear John,

Thanks for reminding me how complicated your life is and how difficult it is to get any perspective on them, as they always seem to have endless complications, which can only leave me wondering stupidly.

Overall, during the course of our conversations, it has impressed me at how much difficulty there is monthly associated with living in your current apartment, and how many difficulties there are involved with you sharing housing with other human entities, whether they be “indonesian” or elderly” Jewish people”, assuming that you are not being selective or “fiction-like” in your narrations, representing the same to me.

Most importantly, I do not see any “exit strategy”…or a roadmap towards some sort of resolution…or a lessening of the seemingly endless complications resulting in ever more problems.

I noticed that long ago you mentioned “living well is the best revenge”…but somehow seemed to have forgotten how to live well,

I hope that sometime you remember, sooner is better,
Mike

Dear John,

....I am not interested in talking to him....as on the whole I always try not to involve myself with your right to privacy..You live far far away, from me and my life.

as i pointed out my wife and i are planning for some sort of retirement...in the distant future, and
this is not a good time for us to be "entertaining". Beside I doubt that you would like southern california, as it is not really a great place to live..way too many people...endless concrete..way too expensive..

dear john..
people live the life they create for themselves. not everyone wants tons of friends and life is not a tv show.not even a soap opera. the main person you live with is yourself and you can not get away.

Dear John,

Again, you only emphasize how separate our paths in life have been…and how far in the very distant past, they separated.

John;

I lack confidence in everyone’s mental health, as I believe sanity is an illusion..I also do not want to buy into your “soap opera reality” thinking that it will all end happily ever after..if only …

I would prefer to see future plans which emphasize decreasing the number and complexity of every day problems…but 4+ decades of history suggest more decades of problems..
