Does your federal agency have any record of any criminal-law prosecution or lawsuit in the USA having ever occurred in which a cited official of a cited entity (such as an official of a school or school district or university or media company or religious group or civic group or political group or labor union or employer or government agency or municipal government or county government or state government or federal government or governing body at any cited level) faced either criminal charges or a civil lawsuit against himself in which he was accused of allegedly permitting or allegedly sponsoring or allegedly financing the alleged victimization of a cited American citizen by one or more alleged stalkers?
