Happy Holiday Season and New Year to you and your other first-rate colleagues for the City Government of Ann Arbor.

This is a public-information request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all written communications, including e-mail letters, letters, and reports and memoranda, that each referred at least once in any manner either to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, or to my one-member (myself, only) and non-Christian, implicitly-deistic, "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" with very stringent membership eligibility requirements, and that, in each such case, at any time since June 27, 2016, were written or generated or sent or mailed or e-mailed or forwarded or FAXed or received or compiled by or on behalf of Ann Arbor City Administrator Howard Lazarus.

Included in the scope of this public-information request is the official very recent e-mail reply letter to me about the City Government of Austin that Ann Arbor City Administrator Lazarus, using his official City of Ann Arbor e-mail address, sent to me at 5:52 a.m. (exact cited time) on December 20, 2017.

That official e-mail reply letter to me from Mr. Lazarus contained the following greeting, with the words "Dear Mr. McMillan" having been underlined in their entirety (not shown below), and the following entire exact verbatim text of the body of that letter that was sent to my personal e-mail address of "mcmillanj@att.net".

"Dear Mr. McMillan:

"I appreciate the concerns that you have raised, but I have no affiliation with the City of Austin. The addressees on your e-mail should have touched all those who can offer assistance. Best of luck."

Your highly-regarded current Ann Arbor City Administrator, as you know, previously served for eight years as Director of Public Works for the City Government of Austin in Austin, Texas. Mr. Lazarus apparently resigned from that position in 2016 after he accepted a job offer from your city government in Michigan.

It seems very likely that even today, Mr. Lazarus of your Michigan city has kept up and maintains ties with numerous professional contacts and personal contacts of his in Austin, Texas, that he personally developed through his previous tenure in public-service for this state capital city of Texas.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I am a native of Lincoln, Nebraska, and I was born there on April 27, 1957.

I am an alumnus of the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communications in Minneapolis, and the University of Texas at Austin, respectively.

I have most recently resided in Austin, Texas, on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.

During the period ever since April 2011, in particular, the Austin Police Department has obtained at least two separate forensic DNA-trace rape-evidence kits from myself as the self-identified sexual-assault victim. The first of those forensic rape-evidence kits was obtained for APD by a female forensic nurse on April 28, 2011, inside St. David's Hospital near UT-Austin for APD case number 11-1180447.

During the period from late September 2015 through early September 2017, my home address was: Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apt. 902, Austin, TX 78759.

In early September 2017, I moved into another rental unit (see below) at this very same large complex in the District 10 voting-precinct of Austin.

Dr. Alison Alter, a resident of Austin District 10, is currently the official direct representative on the Austin City Council for any and all residents of Austin District 10, including myself.

However, City Council Member Alter has reportedly prohibited me from ever again directly contacting her or any of her staff members, or her UT-Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs and UT-Austin History Department professor husband, Dr. Jeremi Suri, according to a City Government of Austin official who on March 9, 2017---during an official on-duty visit he made to my Village Oaks apartment unit at that time---informed me in person about that apparent public-policy decision by Council Member Alter.

I hope to hear from you soon in response to this public-information request from myself.
