Dear Cousin Jack and Cousin Jim,

I hope that the following crime report from myself (see below) will prove to be of interest to each of you and any of your relatives who might also support my legal right to enjoy full freedom from criminal persons in my own personal life and life.

Thank you again., Cousin Jack and Cousin Jim, for very kindly taking the time to talk with me on the telephone in the last few years as well as back in the late 1990s.

I greatly appreciate Cousin Jim Dane's very emphatic warning to me on the telephone in the late 1990s, that he had reason to believe or suspect that I myself during that time period was myself being victmized frequently by crime activities perpetrated against me by other Central Texans.

I did share Cousin Jim's kindly empathetic concerns with an attorney whom I consulted during that period, Mr. John F. Campbell, a kindly Christian gentleman, and Mr. Campbell did not see any need for any legal action on my behalf at that time.

The same Mr. Campbell, oddly enough, did volunteer to me during one of my in-person legal consultations with him in the late 1990s inside his law office near the University of Texas at Austin campus that if I am myself am in fact being subjected to continuous and year-round anonymous communications of the type I described to him, "that is all the proof I (attorney John F. Campbell, a State Bar of Texas member) need that someone is trying to kill you (John K. McMillan)!"

At no time did private attorney John F. Campbell, a State Bar of Texas member, ever state to me that he planned to file a legal complaint of any type on my behalf. He did, however, emphasize to me in writing through a signed reply letter he wrote and mailed to me in the late 1990s that I should myself generally refrain from ocntacting the Travis County District Attorney's Office or the Austin Police Department, attorney John F. Campbell advised me in writing.

Mr. Campbell emphasized in writing in that reply letter to me that it would be better for me to share my concerns and legal complaints with Mr. Campbell about suspected criminal activities perpetrated against me by others, and that he would then himself directly contact the Travis County District Attorney in Austin or the Austin Police Department to help me file successful criminal-law charges, when applicable, he kindly indicated to me in writing in a signed reply letter he wrote and mailed to me on his official law office stationery from his law office in the late 1990s.

Any suggestions that either of you kindly and law-abiding and honorable cousins of mine are willing to offer me would be greatly appreciated. I am very willing to move to another U.S. state, if need be, in order to prevent criminal persons from harassing me or stalking me or attempting to injure me or harm me in any way. I did notice that when I lived in Florida, for instance, I was NEVER once subjected to any personal injury crimes during my sleep or any anal-rape crimes during my sleep throughout the entire multi-month period in which I resided in south Florida in 1979. For much of that time, I worked as a reporter for general-circulation newspapers in south Florida.

Thank you again for your great kindness and generosity toward me, and I hope to hear from you soon.

With Friendly Best Wishes,

Cousin John Kevin McMillan,

Dear Criminal Investigators for the Austin Police Department, the Travis County Sheriff's Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the State Comptroller's Office, the Attorney General of Texas state agency, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation,

I called the office of my primary care physician, internal medicine specialist Dr. Edie Shulman, this morning at about 11:25 a.m., and I was informed by one of Dr. Shulman's first-rate nurses, Charity, that a urine sample of mine from May 8, 2013, that had been obtained from me "tested positive for arsenic."

I hereby insist on asserting my legal and human right to myself immediately press criminal-law charges on this, regardless of who the alleged culprit or alleged culprits prove to be.

Charity did assure me today on the telephone that her medical clinic in northwest Austin will be willing to provide any and all pertinent factual information on this to a law-enforcement agency contacting that medical clinic for more information. The phone number of Dr. Shulman's medical clinic is: (512) 339-1535.

Charity did helpfully assure me today, incidentally, that Dr. Shulman, my primary care physician, does have confidence in myself being a psychologically healthy gentleman. I appreciate Dr. Shulman's invaluable support for me in that way.

I myself have never purchased or obtained arsenic on any occasion in my entire life, and I do not know what arsenic looks like or tastes like. I do know, however, that when I recently drank some milk inside my apartment unit and tested some bread and some other food items I obtained from the refrigerator inside my apartment unit, I noticed a peculiar aftertaste to each of those items.

Hours later, I asked my primary care physician, during a medical appointment I had with her earlier this month, if Dr. Shulman would be willing to authorize testing for me that would attempt to determine if any foul play criminal-law evidence could be found in my bloodstream or urine.

I have kept the milk and bread that tasted peculiar on a separate shelf inside my refrigerator, and my often-polite new roommate, an older man, has assured me again today that he will not touch those items of mine I am keeping in my refrigerator exclusively as possible criminal-law evidence during this period in which an investigation on this is pending, based on what I myself again politely informed my roommate today.

I of course emphasized to my roommate that any contamination of my foods or beverages points to an alleged possible intruder in Apartment 325, a top-floor vaulted-ceiling apartment unit, who is not himself or herself authorized to be inside this apartment unit at Wind River Crossing.

My new roommate, a gainfully employed single man who has politely asked me at least twice that I never share his own name with anyone, did politely and helpfully assure me this morning inside our apartment unit, that he of course has never owned or obtained any quantity of arsenic in his entire life, he said..

My roommate has no criminal record, according to what he did helpfully assure me when he interviewed with me as my prospective new roommate in March of this year inside a nearby Schlotzsky's chain restaurant at Balcones Woods and Research Boulevard in Austin, Texas. That older man had responded to a politely-worded Craigslist roommate-wanted ad of mine.

I eat employee meals or off-duty employee meals several times per week at a total of three different restaurant workplaces of mine. I feel sure that no quantity of arsenic would be found at any of those restaurants----Denny's Lakeline, a franchise restaurant near Lakeline Mall; Luby's Lakeline cafeteria, a corporate-owned restaurant near Lakeline Mall; and Outback Steakhouse Arboretum corporate-owned chain restaurant near the Arboretum in northwest Austin. As a courtesy to each of those three friendly employers of mine, I am sharing a carbon-copy of this with the two total employers from that group for which I have an E-mail address that I am permitted to use on occasion.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a gainfully employed permanently alcohol-free and pemanently illicit-drug-free and lifelong tobacco-free single adult gentleman and a self-identified crime victim and criminal-law complainant on this.
