Dear Mr. Field,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you any and all police reports relating to APD criminal-law report number 11-2500295.

Also included in the scope of this public-information request are any police reports or any responses from any employee or officer or official of APD that related or referred in any way to the following (see below) September 7, 2011, factual information report that I wrote and E-mailed to yourself.

I filed APD criminal-law report 11-2500295 early in the morning on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, from inside my apartment unit.

One male APD officer (Officer Guzman, who visited my apartment unit shortly after noon that same Wednesday in a follow-up visit relating to that very same criminal-law report from myself after I later that morning made a follow-up phone call to APD sometime after 10 a.m. on September 7, stated to me that the Austin Police Department will not be willing on its own to request or obtain any additional DNA medical testing on myself at any time, Officer Guzman stated to me.

I had politely stated to APD Officer Guzman during his visit to my apartment unit that Wednesday, September 7, 2011, that I have a definite need for additional DNA medical testing on my anus in connection with additional criminal-law evidence I have obtained indicating that, along with my continuing very emphatic perception that, someone unbeknownst to me has allegedly been subjecting me to allegedly illegal forcible sodomy during my sleep (and, I might add at this time, allegedly illegal sexual torture of myself and allegedly illegal sexual molestation of myself and allegedly illegal and also-medically injurious disruption of my REM sleep or deep sleep inside my private apartment unit through allegedly illegal sexual penetration of myself that interferes with my sleeping patterns), with this alleged victimization of myself having allegedly repeatedly occurred as I lay on a bed that I own inside my bolt-locked and fully secured apartment in northwest Austin.

I believe that I also emphasized to Officer Guzman during his brief visit to my apartment unit that I reside alone inside the one-bedroom apartment unit in which I am the ONLY authorized resident of this apartment unit and I never have ANY invited guests in my apartment unit during any of the applicable time periods.

Officer Guzman also replied to my polite request for DNA medical testing that's authorized by APD by stating to me during his brief visit to my apartment on September 7, 2011, that I will have to myself obtain the authorization for any future DNA testing on myself through a private medical physician whom I consult on my own, according to Officer Guzman.

Thank you in advance, Mr. Field, for your prompt and diligent and reliable response to this most recent Texas Open Records request from myself.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, current criminal-law complainant with APD and a consisently civil and law-abiding, permanently alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, and permanently illicit-drug-free single adult gentleman who myself has NOT agreed to have any mutual-consent sex or any mutual-consent carnal relations with ANY person anywhere in the Austin area or anywhere in Central Texas on any occasion since December of 1979.

Subject: 9-7-11 more factual info re: APD Case 11-2500295

Dear Mr. Field,

On behalf of my most recent criminal-law report with the Austin Police Department for which fingerprinting in my bedroom was conducted today by an Austin police officer, I would like to add the following factual information:

General Manager Ann Coker and Assistant Manager Casie Curry at my apartment complex, Wind River Crossing Apartments, each stated to me today on the telephone that Wind River Crossing management is not willing to replace the outer screen door to my bedroom with a screen door that can be successfully locked from the inside.

Casie emphasized to me today on the phone that the outer screen door is not a security issue, and for that and another cited reason that she and Ann also stated to me, Wind River Crossing management will not be willing to repair or replace the locking mechanism for the outer screen door to my apartment unit, those two respective apartment managers each informed me today on the phone.

Ann and Casie offered me that verbal response on the phone after I politely informed each of them on the phone today that an Austin Police Department officer (Officer Stone, a female APD officer, I might add at this time) this morning had stated to me in person at my apartment unit that the locking mechanism to my outer screen door to my bedroom is broken, Officer Stone informed me. I had not been previously informed about that security-related issue on any prior occasion.

APD Officer Stone also stated to me today at my apartment unit that I should ask the apartment complex to replace that broken screen-door lock with a locking mechanism for the screen door that does work, Officer Stone helpfully stated to me.

Thank you in advance for kindly sharing this factual-update report with the APD investigator who is assigned to APD criminal-law complaint number 11-2500295.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, criminal-law complainant.
