Does Senator Kirk Watson support full privacy rights for me and my legal and human right to sleep alone, without anyone else inside my private bedroom at that time, and to also myself sleep UN-molested as well as UN-harmed and UN-injured and UN-raped, inside my bolt-locked private bedroom of my rental apartment unit thoughout the entirety of any and all time periods when I am sleeping or napping?
I might add that the ONLY exception to that legal right for myself I am seeking and agree to authorize would be if the Texas Department of Public Safety, a reliable and trusted former employer of mine, or the Travis County Sheriff's Office or the Dallas County District Attorney's Office or the Dallas County Sheriff's Office or some other reputable government agency or government official, such as the FBI or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security or U,S. President Obama, or the very distiguished State of Texas Senator Kirk Watson himself, or possibly the Austin Police Department or the Travis County DA's Office, were to be willing to provide me with top-secret and externally controlled electronic surveillance of my entire bedroom per se and my entire bathroom per se on a temporary multi-day or multi-week basis.
I am a low-income single adult white gentleman, and I cannot financially afford ADT surveillance of my private bedroom or bathroom at present.
I ALWAYS sleep alone, and I have ALWAYS been completely celibate throughout the entirety of all of my conscious or waking hours, with no sexual contact or intimate physical contact of any type with any person or any creature, for that matter, at any time ever since and including the date when I moved into Apartment 325 in January 2002 at this Westdale-managed apartment complex in northwest Austin.
Any and all DNA-swab evidence ever since January 2002, for instance, that was obtained from my own anus or buttocks or genitals or mouth or other part of my body, and that can be traced to a human or animal DNA source OTHER than myself, is therefore very clear and convicing criminal-law evidence and legal proof in a court of law in Austin that I was, in fact, raped by that alleged criminal person or creature.
I feel hopeful that either Westdale headquarters officials in Dallas or my professionally polite general manager, Ms. Coker, would agree to government-provided top-secret electronic surveillance of my bedroom and bathroom on a temporary multi-day or multi-week basis during this time period.

Subject: 6-16-14 sex-crimes update report for APD
Dear APD-Designated "APD Liaisons" to myself in Austin, Texas,
At 2:15 p.m. this Sunday, June 15, I was awakened abruptly on my bed in the middle of my sleep as I lay alone on my bed. I jotted down that exact time seconds later on a piece of paper that I kept on a computer desk near my bed inside my bolt-locked private bedroom.
After I was awakened at that time, I immediately noticed an unpleasant vibrating sensation in my anus and an unpleasant aftertaste sensation in my nostrils and a very surprising need to myself immediately urinate.
I had urinated shortly before I went to bed, and I had gone to bed on or about 11:59 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014. On or about 2:15 a.m. this Sunday morning, June 15, I got out of my bed and walked to the bathroom adjoining my bedroom. I then urinated in the toilet and flushed the toilet.
No intruder was visible, either inside my bedroom or in the bathroom.
I might add that after I used the bathroom to urinate, it took me about 30 minutes of lying in bed before the pain in my anus had subsided enough that I felt I could fall back asleep again---at least until I was awakened again later that Sunday morning, June 15, with sudden and mysterious pain or discomfort in my anus.
As I have frequently mentioned to your municipal law-enforcement agency, no one other than myself is supposed to be or authorized to be inside my bolt-locked private bedroom during my own sleeping hours.
My only current "roommate," Mr. "John Douglas Martin," a self-identified "former resident of Hampton, Virginia" with his self-identified date of birth (in the year 1952)..., has repeatedly stated to me that he is a "longtime celibate" (his exact wording on that) single divorced white man who always sleeps alone with or near his tiny-headed "cat" as he lies on a bed of his own in the living room of this top-floor, vaulted-ceiling apartment unit at the Westdale-managed Wind River Crossing Apartments.
I did notice when I was abruptly awakened at 2:15 a.m. this Sunday, June 15, that I did NOT hear any snoring or other noise from the living room area or anywhere else.
Mr. Martin generally snores when he is sleeping. I found it very odd, in fact, that as I lay on my bed recovering from the most recent tangible evidence that I had been anally-molested or anally-raped and victimized by alleged personal-injury crimes during my own sleep, I did not hear any snoring from the living room area for the next approximately 20-minute to 30-minute period.
I did not unlock my bedroom door in order to investigate. Mr. Martin has repeatedly emphasized to me that unless I have a specific need to make a 911 call or 311 phone call during the early-morning hours---in which case he says he IS willing to let me re-connect the home phone line to the landline phone I own in the living room, a phone line that he himself routinely disconnects every night shortly before he goes to bed or even before then---I should myself fully respect his own privacy rights during his own bedtime hours in the living room area.
Mr. Martin has also stated to me that he is willing to hire a private attorney, if need be, in order to prevent myself or any law-enforcement agency such as APD or any media company or business entity from ever at any time electronically surveillancing the living room area or kitchen area of this apartment unit at any time.
"That (type of electronic surveillance) would violate my (John Douglas Martin's) privacy rights," he emphatically stated to me several months ago in the living room area of this apartment unit.
Incidentally, I did notice one night a week or two ago that after I had retired to my bolt-locked bedroom for the night, I suddenly observed as I happened to look toward the outdoor balcony area from the bedroom side of the always-locked sliding glass door that abuts my private bedroom, that Mr. Martin was apparently turning a living-room light of some type on, and then off, then on, and then off, every few seconds in a repeated manner from the living room. I could see the light flashing on and off repeatedly in or near the outdoor balcony area.
I interpreted that as possible evidence that Mr. Martin was possibly communicating a "message" of some type to another tenant who resides in an upper-floor unit inside a building of this apartment complex that faces Building 3, where my and Mr. Martin's rental apartment unit is located.
At about 10 p.m. or later on the night of Sunday, June 8, 2014, I was surprised to note that a younger Anglo gentleman with the slender physique of Jesse Weaver, himself a former waiter coworker of mine at (...a) franchise-owned restaurant, was observed by me from many yards away as he stood with his apparent Far East Asian female companion in or near the outdoor balcony adjoining Apartment 917. Apartment 917 (in Building 9) is a ground-level apartment unit (facing toward the second-floor front balcony of my own Building 3 apartment unit, with Building 9 itself being located very close to the main entrance to this complex)...situated near the management team office for Wind River Crossing Apartments.
Jesse Weaver was the male coworker of mine at (...the cited chain restaurant) who had greeted me one evening in 2003 (?) in the waitstation of that restaurant as I returned to my work duties after a 30-minute employee meal break I had had in the employee breakroom area in back of the kitchen, by himself declaring emphatically as he faced me: "You (John Kevin McMillan) die!"
