Dear Officials of the National Governors Association and of the State Comptroller's Office state agency in Austin, Texas, respectively,

I would appreciate it if any of you---or Texas Republican Party official Brian Russell, for that matter, to whom I carbon-copied this note---would please forward to Texas Governor Rick Perry in Austin, Texas, the following public-policy-minded letter of mine relating to my being a law-abiding member of the anti-marijuana community in Austin, Texas; Texas; and the United States.

I am very hopeful that Governor Perry will agree with me on the urgent need for State of Texas-financed and State of Texas-sponsored online fact sheets presenting grim and alarming facts about marijuana consumption in our state and nation.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

Dear Representatives for the "Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America" non-profit group based in Virginia; the American Medical Association; Harvard Medical School in the Boston area of Massachusetts; Texas A&M University Medical School in Round Rock, Texas; and UT Medical School at Galveston, Texas,

I am a law-abiding, gainfully-employed, and anti-marijuana-minded single adult gentleman residing alone in a bolt-locked one-bedroom rental apartment unit in Austin, Texas. I take great pride in the fact that I myself have never consumed any quantity of marijuana on any occasion since one total incident in 1984 that I now regret----an incident that occurred on one total day in late 1984 or mid-1984, a time period when I resided in Worcester, Massachusetts.

I might add that I have never consumed any illicit drug other than marijuana on any occasion in my entire life; and I have never been addicted to marijuana or any other illicit drug at any time or during any time period in my entire life.

One of the human rights causes I most fervently support is the legal and human right of any individual, including myself, to NEVER consume any marijuana---or any other illicit drug, for that matter---at any time during the present or the entire future of that individual's life.

I also strongly support the legal and human right of myself and other law-abiding members of the anti-marijuana-community in the United States to each associate in mutual-consent contexts with other admirably law-abiding members of the anti-marijuana community in this country.

I am writing you today because numerous Austin-area single adult male residents and other Americans as well have each emphatically stated to me in recent years that they regard marijuana as relatively harmless, and, in any case, less harmful than alcohol, those Austin-area residents have emphatically told me in recent decades.

I myself am an emphatic opponent of legalization of marijuana in any context---not even as so-called "medical marijuana" for persons who are diagnosed as "terminally ill."

I am very convinced that alternative marijuana-free natural and healthful methods of providing pain-relief to terminally ill persons can, in fact, be developed or discovered through medical research.

I am writing to each of your noble organizations because I have a great need for a succinct one-page or two-page "grim facts about marijuana" fact sheet that is also very authoritative------either in the form of an online "grim-facts sheet" about marijuana or as a printed copy of a fact sheet of that type which I could obtain in the mail through the U.S. Postal Service.

With your invaluable assistance, I plan to provide acquaintances of mine in Austin and elsewhere who themselves "endorse" or "condone" or "support" legalization of marijuana with a copy of that anti-marijuana fact sheet or a cited link to an anti-marijuana online fact sheet.

Finally, I am very hopeful that United States President Barack Obama in The White House will be politely asked by one of your noble organizations to himself personally offer our entire nation a one-minute or two-minute public service announcement on television in which he draws from the cited authoritative grim facts about marijuana informational sources in order to help persuade as many Americans as possible, including our nation's youths, to never consume marijuana at any time in the present or future of their own lives.

That type of televised public-service announcement by President Barack Obama will also help to protect our entire nation's national security. I mention this partly because many of the militant terrorist groups that pose a threat to the safety of American citizens have ties to and are financed in part by marijuana-trafficking and other forms of illicit-drug trafficking throughout the world.

Thank you in advance for your very kind and helpful reply note on this.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a certified direct descendant of the Rev. William Brewster, head chaplain on the Mayflower, who was also the first full-term Puritan Governor of what is now the U.S. Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I myself am founder of a new and non-Christian religion, the one-member (myself only, at present) and non-proselytizing and fully independent and drinking-alcohol-free as well as tobacco-free and honorably law-abiding and vigilant Progressive Prohibitionist Religion. My factually-centered and implicitly-deistic "Honor Society" religion,. as I sometimes refer to it, has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements. I might add that my Progressive Prohibitionist Religion very emphatically opposes legalization of marijuana and strongly supports law enforcement by municipal police officers of current anti-marijuana laws anywhere and everywhere in this country.

with a courtesy carbon-copy on this need for an anti-marijuana "fact sheet", to Ms. Chris Evert, a great American female professional tennis champion, publisher of "Tennis" magazine, and a founder of the Chris Evert Charities, a noble non-profit organization in south Florida that helps disadvantaged youths to develop law-abiding and productive and athletics-minded lifestyles.
