MY CITED FRUSTRATION TOWARD THE NEWS MEDIA OF AUSTIN, BELOW, REFLECTED MY OWN EMPHATIC BELIEF THAT HONEST AND LAW-ABIDING AND CONSCIENTIOUS NEWS MEDIA PROFESSIONALS IN TEXAS SHOULD, IT SEEMS TO ME, HAVE A QUASI-FRATERNAL DEVOTION TO BEFRIENDING A FORMER FULL-TIME REPORTER WITH MY OWN HIGH LEVEL OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CREDIBILITY AS A LAW-ABIDING, LONGTIME-CELIBATE, HIV-NEGATIVE, PERMANENTLY ALCOHOL-FREE (EVER SINCE 1990), HONEST, AND FACTUALLY ACCURATE, FACTUALLY-MINDED, FACIALLY-CLEANSHAVEN (NO BEARD, NO MUSTACHE, NO GOATEE, ETC.), PLATONICALLY-POLITE, CLEAN-TALKING (NO PROFANITY BY ME IN MY EVERYDAY CONVERSATIONS WITH OTHERS) CRIME VICTIM AND CRIMINAL-LAW COMPLAINANT.
I HAVE, OF COURSE, FULLY HONORED JOHN SCHLUETER'S WRITTEN REQUEST, BELOW, THAT I NOT WRITE TO HIM ANYMORE ABOUT MY BEING A VICTIM OF CRIME IN AUSTIN. JOHN SCHLUETER HAS ADVISED ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS OVER A MULTI-YEAR PERIOD TO MOVE AWAY FROM AUSTIN, TEXAS, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. JOHN SCHLUETER ALSO STATED TO ME THAT IF I DO THAT, THE PERSONAL-INJURY-CRIMES AND ANAL-RAPE-CRIMES VICTIMIZING ME DURING MY SLEEP AS I LIE ALONE ON MY OWN BED COULD END IMMEDIATELY, HE HAS HELPFULLY STATED. IN THAT REGARD, JOHN SCHLUETER IN A COMMENDABLY HONEST MANNER STATED TO ME ON THE TELEPHONE IN FEBRUARY 2012, DURING A PREVIOUS MULTI-DAY PERIOD OF PEACE OFFICERS' "48-HOUR" INVOLUNTARY COMMITMENT TO WHICH I WAS SUBJECTED AGAINST MY WISHES INSIDE AUSTIN LAKES HOSPITAL NEAR UT-AUSTIN, THAT "NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO IN AUSTIN, YOU WILL BE GETTING RAPED (DURING YOUR SLEEP)." JOHN SCHLUETER OFFERED ME THAT VERY CANDID DISCLOSURE AFTER I HAD COMPLAINED TO JOHN SCHLUETER IN THAT FEBRUARY 2012 PHONE CONVERSATION THAT THE VERY SAME ANAL-RAPES-PROBLEM DURING MY SLEEP AS I LAY ALONE, UNCONSCIOUS AND PROBABLY SNORING, ON MY OWN DESIGNATED BED WAS ALSO ALLEGEDLY OCCURRING FOR ME AT THAT TIME INSIDE THE AUSTIN LAKES HOSPITAL PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL FACILITY.

I do not want to discuss this any more about this and any tv station - no more discussion - best to stop sending me stuff about this. Sorry for your situation on these issues, but I am not going to be receiving info of this any more.
In my opinion, you should only be talking to the police about this and not others. I also suggest to quit calling news stations - if it is a news story that they are interested in, they will pick it up on their own.
In reference to your request for funds - I just do not have the cash flow to help anyone in this economic time.
Please take me off your list - Good luck in getting this resolved.

It is increasingly apparent to me, in fact, that the lack of any "scoop" or news story of any type by KVUE so far in 2012 about this very alarming and very major scandal-news story may invite a lot more major complaints from your parent company, which is of course Belo of Dallas, than if KVUE courageously pursues this story about myself as an honorable victim---a victim, I might add, who myself also:
---is (myself) completely and permanently marijuana-free and completely and permanently illicit-drug-free and completely and permanently drinking-alcohol-free and lifelong tobacco-free;

---has a proven history of myself being completely celibate during all of my waking hours in Austin and Central Texas ever since December of 1979.
---has no criminal-conviction record;
---is gainfully employed;

---is well known by many Americans for myself being a direct descendant of the Rev. William Brewster, head chaplain on the Mayflower and the very first full-term Puritan Governor of what is now the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
----is publicly known myself by many Americans for myself having been a recent previous individual dues-paying member of the Elder Brewster Society, a non-profit organization that does, in fact, pursue genealogical research to verify that persons applying for membership in that Massachusetts-based organization are each, in fact, a DIRECT descendant of the Rev. William Brewster of the Mayflower. Rev. Brewster is definitely among the leading influences of my own life as a direct descendant of his.
At some point in the foreseeable future, some enterprising media company (a media company I'll gladly talk with) will be publicizing to the entire nation and world an expose about each of the news-media companies of Austin, Texas, Dallas, Texas, Houston, Texas, San Antonio, Texas, and elsewhere that chose over a multi-year period to COMPLETELY IGNORE the very alarming factual information and accompanying concerns and cited hunches I shared with each of those media companies by E-mail about one or more criminal persons ---the infamous Eliseo Perez Sr. of Central Texas ...(possibly) among them --- allegedly victimizing myself. I allege, in fact, that over a multi-month and multi-year period the cited criminal persons allegedly have subjected me to significant and repeated personal injury and repeated sexual torture and anal rape of myself DURING MY SLEEP inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin, Texas.
When that "media scandal" story gets publicized all over the world, I am very sure that many Texans and many other Americans, as well as citizens of foreign nations, will choose NOT to have a relationship of any type with ANY of the "implicated" news media companies of Austin, Texas, and elsewhere that allegedly and flagrantly and very callously and in a very medically injurious manner on their part FLAGRANTLY FAILED TO COVER THIS VERY OBVIOUS SCANDAL-NEWS STORY ABOUT MYSELF BEING A LAW-ABIDING AND HONORABLE SINGLE ADULT MALE VICTIM OF CRIME DURING MY SLEEP AS I LIE ALONE ON MY BED INSIDE MY BOLT-LOCKED APARTMENT UNIT IN AUSTIN.

It's also very likely, in that future scenario, that at least one news media company currently operating in Austin, Texas, will permanently lose its FCC license to continue doing television broadcasts or radio broadcasts, with that outcome occurring because of a precedent-setting ruling on this issue by the FCC federal agency in Washington, D.C.
I mention all of this to you, John, primarily because I would hate to see your own beloved KVUE Television News Station and your Belo parent company in Dallas be among the media companies that (possibly might) get investigated by the FCC for either alleged conduct injurious to myself or alleged negligence injurious to myself.

Does it surprise you to learn from me at this time that the psychiatrist assigned to my case at Shoal Creek Hospital stated to me in person earlier today (Tuesday), minutes before he released me from that psychiatric hospital, that he strongly disagreed with Austin Police Department's decision to subject me to involuntary confinement at a psychiatric hospital.
Today was my first-ever meeting with Dr. Garcia, the psychiatrist assigned to my case, and he indicated to me that he definitely did NOT regard me as a threat to myself or anyone else. (At no time was I ever required by Dr. Garcia or any of the medical staff at Shoal Creek Hospital to myself consume ANY quantity of ANY 'psychiatric medication' at any time during my entire stay there; nor did I consume any medication of that type at any time. I was, in fact, dependably polite, factually-minded, accurate in all of my statements I made to the staff there, and dependably civil at all times during my involuntary confinement there against my wishes.---editor's note on 2-2-16 from jkm)
In the meantime, I have lost an estimated $120 in income from this most recent involuntary psychiatric confinement that occurred on Sunday (normally a double shift day for me, at Denny's and then later at ...(a corporate-owned cafeteria chain restaurant) and also on Monday (normally a workshift for me as a busboy at Outback Arboretum). However, the Austin Police Department has not indicated to me that it feels that it wronged me in any way, and that the City of Austin should financially compensate me for the restaurant earnings I lost this Sunday and Monday.
Incidentally, John, I was informed at Shoal Creek Hospital that even though my confinement there had been involuntary and against my wishes, and occurred as a result of a peace officers' emergency commitment, neither the City of Austin nor Travis County Government will pay for any portion of the expenses I incurred at Shoal Creek Hospital on Monday and Tuesday of this week. As a result, I've incurred a roughly $2,000 bill, or possibly more than that, for my APD-ordered stay at Shoal Creek Hospital, in addition to the unplanned bills I incurred from being confined at Seton Northwest Hospital emergency room for Sunday and the morning of Monday of this week.
To me, that would make a great news story for some local television station that is truly courageous (and you have indicated to me that KVUE would NEVER pursue any story relating to my being wronged by the City of Austin or anyone else, since that would be very awkward for you since you're perceived by KVUE executives and editors as being a personal friend of mine, so presumably some OTHER news company in Austin would have this opportunity instead): Is the Austin Police Department possibly abusing the peace officer 48-hour emergency commitment system that the State Government of Texas has apparently authorized APD to impose on anyone, regardless of whether APD can prove that that individual seeks to harm himself or anyone else.
John, I'm reminded that I would like to go over with you one more time what your expectations of me are:
---that I repay you as soon as possible on the very generous personal loans you very kindly made to me in the past.
---that I not carbon-copy any letter to yourself that cites any other E-mail recipient of that E-mail letter.
---that I not refer to you in any way whenever I make any phone calls to or write to or visit KVUE, your media company employer that's owned by the "Dallas Morning News" company.

I am raising this question partly because I recently received a very surprising E-mail reply letter from a City Government of El Campo municipal government official (someone I had known back in the late 1980s when I worked for him in El Campo) who stated to me (and I believe this may have been AFTER he reviewed several infrared hunter's camera photos taken from inside my apartment unit in 2012 that I sent by E-mail attachments to him and his kindly police chief colleague in El Campo) that he feels very strongly that my own experience of my being subjected to harassment of myself and personal injury abuse of myself on a daily and year-round basis during periods in which I am sleeping and unconscious inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin will NOT end UNLESS I myself make a conversion to Christianity, that kindly City of El Campo official stated to me in writing in the last few weeks.
It has occurred to me that possibly the son of that El Campo city official, a younger gentleman in his 30s named Jonathan (last name withheld for the sake of discretion) who himself lives in the Austin area and is reportedly very active with a fundamentalist Christian group in the Austin area, may have informed his kindly father in El Campo about an effort by some Christians in the Austin area to "convert" me to Christianity, possibly relying on part on physical torture of myself and infliction of physical injury on me during my sleep in an attempt at compelling me to "turn Christian." This is just a guess on my part, I wish to emphasize.
As you know, John, I myself am a lifelong NON-Christian, though I definitely DO consider myself to be deistic. My own religion, the Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, a NON-proselytizing religion with ONE total member, myself, advocates an IMPLICIT approach to deism that emphasizes tangible, verifiable, directly observable news and information services that relate to tangible quality of life issues and other substantive realms of inquiry and discussion for human beings on this planet.
