It's nice of you to write me back so soon on this, John. Incidentally, the Attorney General of Texas is currently reviewing an appeal by the City of Austin Law Department on my most recent Texas Open Records request that relates to the crime case and to Detective David Silva, the assigned "investigator" for that crime case who has repeatedly presided over inaction by APD(.)
(....Detective David Silva's alleged inaction on the cited alleged anal-rape-crimes case has allegedly occurred) with the full approval of his commanding officers (two or three women, as it turns out, whose insistence on no DNA testing for me is doubly outrageous, and prompts me to question whether these are ...(allegedly) sadistic and injurious ... (female) persons who have (alleged possible) malice and antipathy toward me (I being a well-known critic of the so-called gay-rights movement and of the so-called "gay community" who myself is NOT affiliated with any gay group or gay media entity anywhere in the world) that guides them in "policies" and "conduct" by APD that are (allegedly) very injurious and harmful to myself.
At some point, the outrageous (alleged possible) injuriousness of lesbians and transsexuals (allegedly) victimizing myself in Austin, Texas, may well emerge as the true story here. And unfortunately, we live in a city where gays and lesbians and transsexual militants (allegedly) can abuse and harass law-abiding (and non-militant) persons (myself, for instance) WITHOUT their ever facing any criminal-law investigation of their own (possible alleged)...law-breaking conduct.
So it may well be that (alleged possible) lesbian and transsexual interference in the so-called "investigation" of this crime case has possibly hindered Detective Silva in his possible attempt to actually investigate the case---which he very obviously never did. In fact, Det. Silva never once even visited the crime scene; and he refused to do any lab testing on the extensive DNA swabs done on me on Dec. 22, 2011, at St. David's.
Thank you again, John, for your conveyed support for my legal and human right to set my own priorities in Austin, Texas, and enjoy full privacy rights inside my bolt-locked apartment unit.

I could not know anything of what would happen by you moving, but moving would be a way to change conditions and all existing situations you now have at this location. All problems should change due to the different location. I suggest it is worth the try and consider it the most reasonable due to the situation you relate, no mater what the conditions, since they all sound bad at this time. I recommend you move with limited knowledge as to where you move to. Good luck, I am sure a change will be better.

Thank you for your friendly recent phone call to me that you very kindly made, in which you stated to me that you are very sure that if I move to ANY other apartment complex anywhere in Austin, I will no longer be subjected to any sexual molestation or any rape of myself or any personal-injury of myself during my sleep, or to repeated disruption of my sleep throughout the night or throughout the morning hours in which I am sleeping or attempting to sleep alone on my bed, at that other apartment complex.
Since you are a first-rate and very kind landlord and a professional realtor presumably affiliated with the Texas Board of Realtors or the Austin Board of Realtors, you obviously have very fine credentials when you make a statement of that type to myself.
A few follow-up questions for you, John:
---Do you also believe that the rapes and personal-injury of me during my sleep by one or more illegal intruders inside my bolt-locked apartment unit will end immediately for me if I move to another apartment complex in Austin that's also owned and operated by Westdale Properties, also known as "Westdale Asset Management" of Dallas, Texas?
I raise that question because Westdale does own and operate numerous apartment complexes in the Austin area.
---You also stated to me in the very recent phone call you made to me that this crime case in which I am the cited victim during my sleep is turning into a media event, you pointed out. What prompts you to conclude that ANY media company anywhere in the world will cover this crime story?
I pose that second question to you because, as you probably are aware, NO media company has asked to interview me about this crime case or expressed to me any interest in helping me to factually document this crime case that calls into question the level of honesty and the level of competence and the level of integrity of the Austin Police Department as well as the level of integrity and level of competence of all of the news media organizations currently operating in Austin.
---Third, do you yourself strongly support my asserted legal right to myself sleep alone on my bed without anyone having any physical contact or any sexual contact with me of any type?
John, I hope that these three follow-up questions strike you as reasonable, and thank you again for being one personal friend of mine in Austin who has been kind enough to write and send me reply notes during this period.
Finally, I would like to again politely point out that if I do file a successful legal complaint relating to this crime case and the City's failure to investigate in the year 2012, I will immediately pay off all of my personal debts with full financial interest (such as to yourself) and all of my other financial debts, if possible, at that time. It seems very fair of me to point out that you will definitely benefit financially from a legal judgment in a court of law here in Austin, Texas, that does find someone OTHER than myself responsible for alleged illegal entries into my apartment unit by alleged illegal intruders, accompanied by their alleged personal injury of myself during my sleep on a daily and year-round basis. As you know, John, I very carefully check my apartment unit's front door and bedroom doors every night, and my sliding glass door between my bedroom and the outdoor balcony is ALWAYS kept locked and jimmy-bar-locked. In fact, I would not even know how to open the sliding glass door if I tried, since it has a jimmy-bar firmly placed in there at present. That reminds me that I will have to learn how to open that sliding glass door from the bedroom side, if need be in the event of an emergency.
