Below, please find supporting legal documentation for the E-mail letter I sent you earlier today.

No medical-services provider has been authorized by me to ever at any time enter my apartment unit without my prior express permission seconds or minutes before any such visit.

I might add that I always sleep alone on my own bed inside my locked private bedroom, and I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, gainfully employed, dependably civil and law-abiding, single adult white non-Christian, non-Judaistic, non-Moslem, implicitly-deistic and non-atheistic gentleman.

I am the ONLY person ever authorized to be physically present inside my locked bedroom at any time during periods when I am lying unconscious and sleeping alone on my own bed (a new futon for me that I purchased brand-new in late September 2015) inside my locked private bedroom of my locked or bolt-locked apartment unit in northwest Austin.

The cited office phone number for this latter company is or was: (956) 630-6656.

Ms. Wolfe, does the online attachment you sent me this Monday possibly imply that each and every one of the cited items in that attachment, including those two cited medical-service providers, either have had or currently have a business contract relationship with or are somehow synonymous with or linked to or have professional ties with Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin?

Also, would you please tell me whether either Westdale or Wind River Crossing are classified as "close" (closed?) corporations?

If so, does this also imply that the names of the shareholders for Wind River Crossing or for Westdale are on file with your state agency?

Finally, I should mention that at about midnight this morning I did confirm through the website for the Travis County Central Appraisal District in Austin, Texas, that the current cited "owner" of Wind River Crossing Apartments, where I myself reside as an official tenant in Apt. 325 of Building 3, is Westdale Wind River Crossing LP.

The cited Travis County Appraisal District ID number for that cited owner of this apartment complex property is: 1362649.

The website for Travis County Appraisal District also states the mailing address for the cited owner of Wind River Crossing Apartments as: 3100 Monticello Avenue, Suite 600, Dallas, Texas, 75205.

Finally, Ms. Wolfe, is there anything at all out of the ordinary or surprising to you about any of the records you have on file with your state agency relating to the Wind River Crossing Apartments or to Westdale, the cited management company that also apparently owns this apartment complex?

Dear Officials of the Secreatary of State state agency in Austin and the State Comptroller's Office in Austin,

My general manager at Wind River Crossing Apartments, Ann Coker, informed me very recently on the telephone that the Westdale for-profit corporation of Dallas, Texas, is NOT the current owner of Wind River Crossing Apartments, Ms. Coker said.

Westdale is the management company for this apartment complex, but NOT the owner, Ms. Coker stated to me in that phone conversation we had a matter of weeks ago.

Also in that same phone call I had made to Ann Coker from my rental apartment unit at Wind River Crossing, Ms. Coker politely stated to me that she herself does not know the name of the current owner of this apartment complex.

I am referring to the apartment complex situated at 11411 Research Boulevard in northwest Austin. I have resided at this apartment complex ever since August 2001, including ever since January 2002 in Apartment 325 of Building 3 at this complex.

Do either of your State of Texas agencies have an official record of the name of the current owner of the Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin?
