Below is the public-information request from me about which you stated to me today on the telephone that your state agency never received at any time, you emphasized to me today.
Also in our phone conversation late this morning, you volunteered to me that your state agency will not be willing to release to me records your agency's criminal-investigations division has generated in the multi-year period since 2011 about my being a cited victim of crime.
Mr. Nolan, I would like to politely remind you that state law requires that you must appeal in writing to the Attorney General of Texas state agency in order to yourself obtain exemption from state law on public release of those legal documents by your state agency in Austin.
Thank you in advance for your prompt and thorough reply letter in response to my September 6, 2013-dated Open Records request (below), which I am re-submitting to you at this time as a courtesy to you and your law-enforcement-minded state agency.

That criminal-law evidence might also corroborate my emphatic allegation to the Austin Police Department ever since mid-April 2011, that I am, in fact, continuing to be raped during my sleep --- this in flagrant violation of the state penal code of Texas ---- during my bedtime hours on a daily and frequent (several times per morning during my sleeping hours, with myself being abruptly awakened on my bed an average of three or more times per morning with pain in my anus) and year-round basis inside a bolt-locked and fully secured apartment unit at Wind River Crossing that I rent. Wind River Crossing Apartments are reportedly owned and managed by a for-profit corporation calling itself "Westdale Asset Management" of Dallas, Texas.
I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, and I am dependably civil and law-abiding and do not seek to harm myself or anyone else, as your State of Texas agency is of course fully aware. I might add with polite emphasis that I myself have repeatedly over a multi-year period informed your state agency in writing about my being victimized by alleged personal-injury crimes and alleged anal-rape sex crimes on a continuing and year--round and multi-year basis.
So far, Texas Attorney General Gregory Abbott has chosen not to politely insist that the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas, release to myself and the news media , DNA results already obtained on my own behalf by the Texas Department of Public Safety in late December 2011 or shortly afterward, following a very thorough and diligent forensic medical exam on myself, including DNA swabs of my own anus and buttocks and chest,and mouth, that was performed in the emergency room of St. David's Medical Center in Austin Center by a female forensic nurse in the early morning hours of December 22, 2011, this upon prior official authorization there a matter of minutes before by a kindly male Asian-Indian-American emergency room physician in charge at St. David's Medical Center in Austin, Texas. That physician approval of the extensive forensic medical exam on me occurred after Austin Police Department Officer Guzman (APD employee number 4611) during a December 21, 2011, visit to my apartment unit in response to APD anal-rape and personal-injury crimes report number 11-3550615 (which I myself filed at about 10 a.m. on December 21, 2011), stated to me in person inside my apartment unit that I had the option of waiting until later that workday for me to myself visit the St. David's Medical Center emergency room at nighttime and obtain a forensic medical exam on myself there that same night.
I myself am gainfully employed exclusively in wholesome family-friendly as well as child-friendly restaurants. I lead a completely and permanently illicit-drug-free (ever since 1984, in the complete absence of any prior addiction by me to marijuana or any other illicit drug at any time), drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990, in the complete absence of any prior addiction to alcohol on my part), and tobacco-free (ever since my birth) lifestyle.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you anticipate that the administrative fee you plan to charge me for responding to this public-information request from myself is $10 or more.
