Dear Ms. Amy Lee in the Office of the General Counsel of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) state agency headquarters in Huntsville, Texas,

Thank you for your October 15, 2015, reply E-mail letter (below) to me, confirming that your state agency headquarters at Huntsville currently has at least one legal document on file, a document not authored by myself, that refers to an expected increase in the total number of state prison inmates in Texas who are each expected to be persons convicted of having committed a felony crime that victimized myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

Ms. Lee, would you please provide me with an estimate of how many total pages of legal documents are on file with your state agency offices at Huntsville that each refer to an expected large number of additional convicted felons to be housed in state prisons of Texas who, in each and every such case, are individuals who are expected to be convicted of a felony crime that specifically victimized myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas?

I would also appreciate receiving from you a cost estimate on the total amount of money your state agency might charge me for administrative-processing and mailing expenses incurred by your agency from providing me with a hard copy or E-mailed version of each and every one of those particular applicable legal documents on file with your state agency headquarters at Huntsville.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

from former TDCJ state agency employee, former Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles employee, and former Texas Department of Public Safety employee John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

Dear Open Records Administrator for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice state agency in Huntsville, Texas,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from your state agency headquarters offices in Huntsville a copy of any and all memoranda or letters or reports or E-mail communications or phone messages generated or received or written or produced or forwarded or sent or mailed by any applicable TDCJ headquarters administrator at Huntsville--- including any TDCJ headquarters administrator in charge of facilities and any staff member or attorney in your Office of General Counsel at Huntsville and the chief administrator of the TDCJ at Huntsville---at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, and that, in each such case, refers to whether the TDCJ state prison system has enough staff members and resources in the various state prisons of Texas to house and feed and clothe and supervise each and every one of the hundreds or thousands of individuals whom your agency possibly believes or senses or maintains may have possibly committed a felony crime that victimized myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, at any time during the four-and-one-half-year period from 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, through the present.

Austin Police Department Detective Brian Narciso of APD's Sex Crimes Unit is reportedly the assigned investigator who is currently investigating APD Sex Crimes Case Number 15-1540423 --- a crime case for which I as the self-identified single adult white male victim of rape inside my bolt-locked private residence filed a report with APD on June 3, 2015. That crime case is still open and no arrest of any suspect has apparently been made thus far. The APD office phone number for Detective Narciso is: (512) 974-6916.

At the request of the Travis County District Attorney's Office, APD is currently maintaining at an APD substation in Austin a doctor-ordered anal-rape-evidence kit obtained from my own body in late December 2011 for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615, with myself the victim and complainant for that case. APD has apparently not conducted any lab tests on that rape evidence kit.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I am a former full-time employee in Austin of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agencies. I lead a dependably civil and law-abiding and honest and factually accurate, permanently alcohol-free and anti-alcohol-minded, lifelong-tobacco-free and anti-tobacco-minded, permanently marijuana-free and anti-marijuana-minded, permanently illicit-drug-free and anti-illicit-drug-minded, facially-cleanshaven, lifelong tattoo-less, consistently clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), longtime celibate-by-choice (including throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours, regardless of where I was situated or where I traveled to, ever since and including the day when I moved to northwest Austin in August 2001 in order to myself reside as an official tenant at an apartment complex there, Wind River Crossing) lifestyle as a white non-Hispanic, non-Jewish, non-Judaistic, non-Christian, non-Moslem, non-Quaker, non-Unitarian, non-MCC, non-atheistic gentleman.

I am the founder and only approved current member of the Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, an implicitly-deistic new non-Christian religion with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.

My social security number is: .... I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska.

I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.

One kindly TDCJ headquarters staff attorney, Jim Frazier (right name?), a very distinguished attorney member of the State Bar of Texas, did volunteer to me earlier this century on the telephone from his office at Huntsville that in his opinion, the people of Austin are not friendly enough toward myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, and for that cited reason I should myself consider moving to Huntsville, Texas, and myself then purchase a private home of my own in Huntsville, that kindly attorney for your state agency stated to me on the telephone.

Thank you in advance for your diligent and thorough and fully reliable reply letter providing me with any and all documents responsive to this public-information request from myself.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,
10926 Jollyville Road, Apt. 902, Austin, Texas, 78759.
