Dear Travis County District Attorney Ronald Earle, Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo, State Bar of Texas Executive Director Edwards, and State Senate Jurisprudence Committee Chairman Jeff Wentworth,

I would like to call your attention to the following reply E-mail letter (see below) I've received from the Federal Communications Agency, concurring with my view that I have a need in a civil manner on my part to file a legal action in a court of law in Austin, Texas, at the earliest opportunity in regard to alleged impingements upon my own privacy rights that I cited to the FCC in recent E-mail correspondence of mine with that federal agency.

I would appreciate any information or advice that any of you very influential law-enforcement-minded Texan officials is willing to offer me in regard to this legal and jurisprudence-related matter.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.
