To: Dr. David Tobey, Esteemed Ear, Nose, and Throat Medical Specialist, Austin, Texas.

Dear Dr. Tobey,

Thank you again for your very helpful statement to me after you removed substantial quantities of wax from each of my ears this afternoon inside your ear, nose, and throat medical clinic along Angus Road in northwest Austin, that the permanent damage inflicted on my own hearing capacity over a multi-year period by noise pollution in Austin, Texas, is very similar to the damage inflicted on the hearing capacity of police officers and hunters, you stated to me.

I have resided in Austin proper ever since mid-March of 1997, and you have examined my hearing capacity inside your medical clinic on numerous occasions in the last several years, with each of those occasions being pre-scheduled medical appointments I had with you---nearly all of them upon a polite prior request from yourself a matter of weeks or months before that medical appointment.

I mentioned to you during our meeting today that I myself almost never play loud music, and that the respective chain-restaurant workplaces where I have worked in recent years would be regarded by most people as being relatively quiet restaurants. As for any possible guns in my own life, I should mention to you at this time that I myself have never owned any gun (or any B-B gun, for that matter) in my entire life. Also, I myself have never fired a gun in my entire life. Also, I myself have almost never heard a gun or B-B gun being fired anywhere near me on any occasion in my entire adult life. I am consistently gentlemanly, and I have no criminal-conviction record.

Dr. Tobey, I also appreciate your very kind and very helpful continued willingness to share your medical findings about damage to my own hearing capacity occurring in Austin, Texas, and about any possible source of the cited noise pollution injurious to myself in Austin, Texas, with any state lawmaker, Travis County government official, City of Austin official, or ANY individual, for that matter, regardless of whether they are employed by the government or a law firm or a business, for instance, who might ever contact you about this matter at any time.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,
