Dear Ms. Cooper,

Some additional specific factual information I need to share with you:

---On the night of Wednesday, December 21, 2011, I was admitted into St. David's Medical Center emergency room near UT-Austin for a forensic SANE exam that took place in the early morning hours of Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, that included DNA swabs on my anus, buttocks, mouth, groin area, chest, etc. That forensic exam was very commendably thorough, but APD has refused to release any DNA results from that forensic exam.

That forensic exam was conducted on me in connection with APD sex-crime report number 11-3550615, which I filed with APD at about 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2011.

APD Officer Guzman (APD employee number 4611) had stated to me inside my apartment unit at about noon on Wednesday,. December 21, 2011, that I had the option of myself working my already-scheduled restaurant job (workshift) at ...(my corporate-owned) cafeteria (workplace) later that day, and then on my own initiative visiting David's Medical Center for a forensic SANE (rape-evidence) exam on the night of December 21, 2011. I had taken a shower or bath at about 2 am. December 21, 2011, immediately before I went to bed that morning, and I chose to work at ...(that cafeteria)... on the afternoon and evening of December 21, 2011, without taking any additional shower or bath. I did that because I had a need to preserve the crime evidence from my own body.

---At about 7:15 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2011, APD Crime Scene Specialist Cindy Boatright (APD Employee number 6898) and APD Officer Dye (APD employee number 5625) and APD Officer Sebek (APD employee number 3454) visited my apartment unit in response to APD sex-crime Report Number 11-3230547, filed by me with APD on November 19, 2011.

Those three APD officers during their November 21, 2011, visit to my apartment unit accepted from me as crime evidence bed linens of mine containing lots of odd stains on them, a jar of vaseline with fingerprints on it, one sealed envelope containing crime evidence (and I believe the envelope contained a variety of hair follicles of a variety of shapes and sizes and colors and other odd items I had found and collected from my orthopedic Swedish bed using tweezers), and two pairs of underwear I myself had found in my bedroom that I myself had NOT purchased. The two pairs of underwear were for a waistline much smaller than my own. The underwear were of a different design than my own, and at least one of those pairs of underwear was bikini underwear, something I myself would NEVER purchase.

----In early 2012, and I believe it was in February 2012, a self-identified personal friend of mine and neighbor of mine in northwest Austin, John Schlueter, (himself) a married man and father living with his family a few blocks from where I live, volunteered to me on the telephone that flagrant violations of my own privacy rights and my own legal rights in Austin, Texas, exceeded anything he has ever observed in regard to any other resident of Austin, Texas, of the last several decades.

John Schlueter also stated to me in that particular 2012 phone conversation we had that he believed I had a need to myself move away from Austin, Texas, if I wanted to sleep alone on my own bed without anyone raping me or molesting me during my sleep. he said. "No matter where you go (or stay) in Austin, you'll (John Kevin McMillan) be getting raped," John Schlueter stated to me with emphasis in that phone conversation I had with him in February 2012.

John Schlueter is the sole owner of a highly-rated refrigeration repair and air conditioning repair business in Austin, Schlueter Refrigeration and Electronics.... John Schlueter is also an engineer (?) for KVUE Television Station, a television station owned by Belo Media of Dallas (Belo also owns the "Dallas Morning News").

KVUE editors I have spoken with about this matter on several occasions in recent years have each maintained to me on the telephone that for reasons unbeknownst to themseleves, KVUE has not been able to receive any of the E-mail reports from me I've sent to that northwest Austin-based television station about the alleged ongoing and continous felony personal-injury crimes and anal-rape crimes case in which I myself am definitely the victim, including during my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit.

Ms. Cooper, I hope that this additional factual information is helpful to you.

John Kevin McMillan, self-identified victim of personal injury crimes and anal-rape crimes during my sleep---and I ALWAYS sleep ALONE on my bed----inside my bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments on a daily and year-round basis ever since mid-April 2011, in particular. The only two exceptions I can recall were the morning hours of September 3, 2011, and September 10, 2011. On each of those two mornings, scheduled workdays for me at ...(my corporate-owned Lakeline Mall-area) chain restaurant cafeteria later that morning, I was awakened by my alarm clock at 9 a.m.

I felt fully refreshed after getting a full and uninterrupted night's sleep that morning. One of my first thoughts that entered my head on September 3, 2011, in particular, was that I was very relieved to sense that the Austin Police Department had FINALLY arrested the right suspect, which would then explain why I myself did not sense that I had been molested or raped or injured during my sleep when I woke up that morning.
