STATE COMPTROLLER OF TEXAS STATE AGENCY OFFICIAL ON NOVEMBER 13, 2013, REFERS IN WRITING TO A LETTER OF COMPLAINT FROM PRIVATE CITIZEN JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN THAT HAD BEEN FORWARDED TO THAT STATE AGENCY BY TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL

Dear Mr. McMillan:

Since our last phone conversation several weeks ago we have not received any (public-information) requests from you.

It was my understanding from our conversation that you were going to resubmit a request that you were waiting for a response on that we had not received at the time of your prior call.

We still have not received any such request.

Perhaps you have our email address misspelled, so try just responding to this email.

I have attached the only 2 requests we have received from you this year. Actually the second one is the complaint letter that we received from the OAG.

We have responded to both of these.
