(EDITOR'S NOTE: PRIOR TO THE CITED CITY OF WESTLAKE HILLS-IMPOSED 'DOMAIN BLOCK' PREVENTING ME FROM SENDING ANY ADDITIONAL E-MAIL LETTERS THAT WERE ACTUALLY RECEIVED AND REVIEWED BY THE CITY GOVERNEMNT OF WESTLAKE HILLS, CITY OFFICIALS FOR THAT AFFLUENT MUNICIPALITY IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCEPTED NUMEROUS E-MAIL LETTERS EOM ME ABOUT MY BEING A MEDICALLY-DOCUMENTED SINGLE ADULT WHITE NON-CHRISTIAN MALE VICTIM OF ALLEGED CONTINUOUS-AND-CONTINUING, MEDICALLY INJURIOUS NOISE POLLUTION THAT HAS BEEN, AND CONTINUES TO BE, INFLICTED ON ME AGAINST MY WISHES ON A 24-HOUR-A-DAY AND YEAR-ROUND AND MULTI-YEAR BASIS IN AUSTIN, TEXAS.

ALSO PRIOR TO ITS DOMAIN BLOCK ON ME WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION, THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF WESTLAKE HILLS, TEXAS, HAD ACCEPTED FROM ME AND PRESUMABLY REVIEWED NUMEROUS E-MAIL LETTERS FROM ME ABOUT MY BEING A LONGTIME-CELIBATE-BY-CHOICE, GAINFULLY-EMPLOYED, SINGLE-BY-CHOICE, WHITE ADULT MALE VICTIM OF ALLEGED PERSONAL INJURY CRIMES AND ALLEGED ANAL-RAPE CRIMES THAT WERE, AND CONTINUE ON A DAILY AND YEAR-ROUND BASIS TO BE, INFLICTED ON ME BY ALLEGED ILLEGAL INTRUDERS DURING MY SLEEP IN A CONTEXT IN WHICH I MYSELF AM LYING ALONE, UNCONSCIOUS AND SNORING, ON A BED THAT I MYSELF OWN INSIDE MY LOCKED PRIVATE BEDROOM OF MY BOLT-LOCKED APARTMENT UNIT IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, USA.

Please note that the cited location of government job title and address information and contact information for the official respondent for the City of Westlake Hills, Texas, were transferred by me to a higher position in this particular Blog, in order to clarify the official capacity in which Ms. Hale had written and sent that E-mail reply letter to me. Also, the factual information about my own name and address was consolidated by me for the sake of clarity and conciseness in this Blog.

Also, please note that Ms. Hale's July 17 reply E-mail letter (below) to me contains the surprisingly ungrammatical sentence, "It is listed below for you (sic) reference." It is likely that Ms. Hale of the City of Westlake Hills had intended to instead write, "It is listed below for your reference." --- jkm)

---a copy of any and all legal documents on file with your municipal government that will help explain why or refer to the action in which the City of Westlake Hills reportedly imposed a domain block any and all E-mail communications that were sent by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, to prominent city officials in your city such as your police chief, your mayor, members of your city council, your city's director of communications, your chief administrative officer, etc.

--a copy of any and all records or e-mail correspondence or reports or letters or policy actions or directives or memoranda that were received by or generated by or forwarded by any officer or employee or staff member of your City of Westlake Hills Police Department at any time since April 1, 2011, and that, in each such case, refer to myself, John Kevin McMillan, in any way,

or refer to my oldest biological brother, Kent Neal McMillan of Westlake Hills, or his wife, Sara McMillan of Westlake Hills,
