Dear Texas Open Records Coordinator Downey at the Attorney General of Texas state agency in Austin,

This is a Texas Open Requests request in which I seek to obtain from your very influential State Government of Texas agency in Austin a copy of any and all E-mail letters, E-mail correspondence, memoranda, directives, reports or FAXed documents that referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, and that at any time since January 1, 2011, were each received by or on behalf of, or were each written by or on behalf of, or were each forwarded or sent or mailed by or on behalf of, top administrators David Maxwell or Clete Buckaloo of the Attorney General of Texas state agency Law Enforcement Division in Austin, Texas.

Also included in this public information request are any and all legal notes on file with your state agency that refer at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, and that, in each such case, were written or received or sent or forwarded or compiled at any time since January 1, 2011, by any Attorney General of Texas staff member or official who either investigates or presides over the investigation of alleged deceptive trade practices allegedly or possibly occurring in Austin, Texas.

EXCLUDED FROM THE SCOPE OF EITHER PORTION OF THIS PUBLIC INFORMATION REQUEST ARE ANY AND ALL LETTERS OR E-MAIL LETTERS THAT WERE EXCLUSIVELY WRITTEN BY MYSELF, JOHN KEVIN MCMILLAN OF AUSTIN.

This public-information request was prompted in part by a recent disclosure to me by your state agency that Captain Gregory Lucas of your Law Enforcement Division reportedly forwarded informational items about me in a recent prior year to top administrators David Maxwell and Clete Buckaloo of that same division of your state agency.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a lifelong single gentleman.

I have resided as an official apartment-management-team-approved tenant in Apartment 325 of Building 3 at Wind River Crossing Apartments ever since January 2002.

My current lease agreement with Wind River Crossing at 11411 Research Boulevard in Austin terminates on July 29, 2015. Wind River Crossing Apartments are reportedly owned and managed by Westdale, a for-profit nationwide corporation often referring to itself as "Westdale Asset Management," that is itself headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

The apartment management team here informed me in a signed May 20, 2015-date legal document I received in the mail that Wind River Crossing, the cited owner of Apartment 325, plans to take "possession of your dwelling unit on July 29, 2015. Please consider this letter as lawful notice to vacate on that date."

Wind River Crossing General Manager Ann Coker politely mentioned to me during a two-person meeting I had with her inside her general manager's office on May 27, 2015, that there have not been any violations of the lease agreement by myself, she stated.

Also during that May 27 meeting I had with her, Ms. Coker orally confirmed to me that she had personally signed the non-renewal notice for myself, and that Ms. Coker had been the one who made the decision not to renew my contract, she stated.

Thank you in advance for your very thorough and authoritative reply letter providing me with any and all responsive legal documents.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a current criminal-law complainant through the Austin Police Department.
