AUSTIN ATTORNEY CRISTINA MIRELES COOPER ON JUNE 16, 2013, REQUESTS IN E-MAIL LETTER THAT NEW LEGAL-SERVICES CLIENT JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN CITE HIS LEGAL GOALS IN A REPLY LETTER TO THAT HISPANIC FEMALE STATE BAR OF TEXAS MEMBER PRIVATE ATTORNEY

Dear Ms. Cooper,

My current focus is on obtaining an official and publicly issued determination from the Office of the Police Monitor in Austin, Texas, in response to the official legal complaint against APD Officer James Turner (a cited "mental health officer" or "Crisis Intervention Team" officer of APD), that I filed this month with that office of the City of Austin.

Officer Turner told me this month that he has authorized the prompt destruction by APD this month of all of the crime evidence obtained by APD from my apartment unit in late May 2013 in connection with the arsenic-poisoning complaint I filed with APD in May 2013.

Officer Turner, a cited "mental health officer" for APD, is NOT a crime investigator.

I maintain that it was very inappropriate for him to claim to have any type of "legal authority" to order the destruction of crime evidence obtained by APD on my own behalf and at my own request. I also maintain that Officer Turner may be guilty of alleged obstruction of what would have been a crime investigation by APD on my own behalf.

Other legal goals of mine include:

---government-ordered addiitional testing as soon as possible on whether I myself continue to have arsenic or any other form of poison in my urine or bloodstream.

That additional testing on my urine and bloodstream and body tissue is urgently needed, partly because I continue to sense an unpleasant afteraste in a signifcant share of the foods and beverages I am consuming inside my apartment unit (and sometimes at other locations as well).

----government-ordered reversal of APD Officer Turner's decision to promptly destroy in June 2013 or July 2013 all of the crime evidence that was obtained from my apartment unit in late May 2013 in connection with the asrenic-poisoning crime case in which I am the cited victim and the only complainant. I maintain that Officer Turner, a "mental health officer," should not have the legal authority to block a crime investigation of a crime report from me that I maintain was very justifiable.

---government-ordered immediate testing on the two milk jugs and soggy bag of bread obtained by APD from my refrigerator at my request in late May 2013, along with government-ordered DNA testing of numerous stains on my bedspread, bedsheet, and fitted bed sheet from my bed that APD had agreed to accept from me in late May 2013 as crime evidence of one or more alleged illegal intruders inside Apartment 325 (where I reside) at Wind River Crossing Apartments.

(Those stains, I wish to emphasize, had accumulated over a multi-month period on my own behalf after my primary care physician, Dr. Edie Shulman, an internal-medicine specialist who has expressed confidence in my mental health, gave me permission to protect the integrity of that crime evidence of alleged illegal intruders inside my locked or bolt-locked apartment unit who allegedly mounted my orthopedic Swedish bed at various times of the day or night or morning. I myself have ALWAYS slept alone on that Swedish bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit (Apt. 325) at Wind River Crossing; and I have been completely celibate throughout all of my own conscious or waking hours ever since I moved into Apartment 325 in January 2002.

Dr. Shulman's office gave me permission to refrain from washing those bed linens I used on my bed over a multi-month period in which I was attempting to persuade APD to actually investigate my very accurate allegations about alleged illegal intruders inside the private bedroom of my apartment unit at Wind River Crossing. That permission from Dr. Shulman's office was based on the understanding that I would take a bath or shower every night inside my apartment unit before I went to bed inside my apartment unit, and I did diligently follow that guideline.

----nullification of Officer James Turner's current status as the "APD-assigned liaison officer" to myself.

I myself am NOT under any mental health commitment or any mental health restrictions, and I am definitely psycholoigcally healthier than the vast majority of all adult Texans or all adult Americans. I might add that I have not been under any court-ordered mental health commitment on any occasion in the last 22 years, in particular.

----I am seeking the legal right to myself directly file crime reports with APD that actually get reviewed fully and diligently by certified crime investigators----without my having to contact an "intermediary" in APD's "Crisis Intervention Team" and then myself attempt to persuade that "mental health officer" to eventually forward my crime reports with that mental health officer to an actual crime investigator for APD.

---I am seeking financial compensation to myself by the City of Austin relating to continuous alleged personal injury crimes victimizing myself, including alleged anal rapes of myself during my sleep, inside my apartment unit for which the City of Austin has flagrantly failed to protect my own personal safety in any way at any time.

Thank you for inviting me to send you some of my legal goals at present. I hope that this reply letter is helpful to you, and I look forward to meeting with you this Monday morning at 10 a.m. at the cited location.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, crime victim and criminal-law complainant.

John,

I am happy to seek authorization from TLPP (Texas Legal Protection Plan legal-aid provider) in order to utilize your benefits. On the weekends, I am unable to confirm reservation of a private office for our meeting Monday at 10 am. However, my office provides a courtyard atrium for meetings, so if your comfortable meeting there, then let's proceed with our meeting time.

If you can, before we meet, please articulate for me your goals. Do you desire to force the police to investigate your arsenic claim, do you desire compensation for a botched investigation...what is your ultimate goal?

Regards,

Cristina Cooper
