Dear City Manager Ott,

As you know, you yourself have never written me any letter or reply letter or E-mail letter on any occasion during the more than six-and- one-half-years in which you have held office thus far as the very influential City Manager of Austin.

Nor have you yourself ever spoken with me on the telephone or in person on any occasion during your entire term of office thus far as the City Council-appointed City Manager of Austin.

As a gainfully employed, permanently alcohol-free and religiously anti-alcohol, permanently tobacco-free and religiously anti-tobacco, permanently marijuana-free and religiously anti-marijuana, permanently illicit-drug-free and anti-illicit-drugs, gainfully employed, facially cleanshaven (no beard or mustache or goatee), lifelong-tattoo-less and anti-tattoo-minded, permanently jewelry-free, platonically polite and longtime-celibate-by-choice, clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, single adult white non-Hispanic and non-Jewish gentleman, I would appreciate a reply letter from yourself, Mr. Ott, in response to the following public-policy question for you and your municipal government in Austin, Texas:

CITY MANAGER OTT, DO YOU CURRENTLY SUPPORT FULL PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR ME INSIDE MY BOLT-LOCKED PRIVATE BEDROOM OF MY RENTAL APARTMENT UNIT AT WIND RIVER CROSSING IN NORTHWEST AUSTIN DURING PERIODS WHEN I MYSELF AM SLEEPING ALONE (I ALWAYS SLEEP ALONE ON MY BED) AND LYING UNCONSCIOUS ON MY BED INSIDE A TOP-FLOOR, VAULTED-CEILING, FOUR-TOTAL-ROOM APARTMENT UNIT THAT I MYSELF ALWAYS BOLT-LOCK THE FRONT DOOR OF IMMEDIATELY UPON RETURN HOME FROM WORK EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK?

Thank you in advance for your helpful reply letter in response to this one total public-policy question from myself.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
