(Subject:) Fw: 8-15-11 legal evidence re: State of Texas' previous response to the cited crime
Dear Very Influential Texan and American civic and governmental officials,
I would like to call your attention to the following legal-liability issues facing the City Government of Austin, Travis County Government, and the State Government of Texas, respectively.
I am a permanently illicit-drug-free, permanently teetotaling, psychologically healthy, facially cleanshaven, hygienic, HIV-negative, consistently civil and law-abiding, gainfully employed, single adult gentleman with no criminal-conviction record.
I am currently the complainant in a very alarming criminal-law case in Austin, Texas, that is currently being investigated by the Austin Police Department.
Detective David Silva of APD's Sex Crimes Division is the lead investigator in that criminal-law case for which I filed a criminal-law complaint with APD on April 28, 2011.
I have very politely asked the Austin Police Department to please expedite the processing of DNA medical testing that was performed on myself and on one other person, a possible suspect, on April 28 and in May 2011, respectively, in connection with this forcible-sodomy criminal-law case in which I am the cited victim.
Unfortunately, APD has declined to classify this as a high-priority case for DNA medical test processing, and I am suffering very repulsive and severe and unpleasant and injurious consequences for myself each morning and each night because of what I allege to be continued alleged sexual molestation, continuous alleged sexual torture, and continued alleged forcible-sodomy victimizing myself during my nocturnal sleep inside my bolt-locked and locked and fully-secured very nice apartment unit in northwest Austin---a one-bedroom apartment in which I live alone, and I have no invited late-night or overnight or early-morning guests.
Thank you in advance for your very kind interest in this legal-liability issue facing state and local governments in Texas.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a former resident of Quincy, Mass., and an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.
