This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from your State Government of Texas agency in Austin a copy of any and all written communications, including e-mail correspondence or reports or findings or conclusions, that referred in any way to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, and that in each and every such case, were written or cited or received or forwarded or sent or e-mailed or mailed or FAXed by Ms. Leigh Tomlin, your state agency's Crime Lab Accreditation Program Administrator; Ms. "Leigh M. Savage" of your state agency staff; Ms. Kathryn Adams, Texas Forensic Science Commission Coordinator; or Ms. Lynn Robitaille Garcia, General Counsel for your state agency in Austin.
EXCLUDED FROM THE SCOPE of this public-information request are any and all documents or e-mail communications that were exclusively written by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin. ---What prompted "Leigh" from your state agency on June 12, 2016, and, prior to that, on February 15, 2014, to send me an "automated reply" E-mail letter from an E-mail address ("lmt018@shsu.edu") she apparently has maintained for herself at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas---an address that I myself don't currently recall having ever knowingly directly used for her when I attempted to write to her Texas Forensic Science Commission state agency in Austin--- in which the cited "Leigh" politely asked me in writing to direct all of my future e-mail correspondence to herself at her official state agency e-mail address of: "Leigh@fsc.texas.gov"?

---Has your state agency obtained any information about any possibly or allegedly substandard or possibly questionable or possibly invalid or possibly illegal forensic science techniques or methods or practices that were somehow used by one or more officers or employees of the Austin (TX) Police Department in a context that directly related to myself?
---Did your state agency ever at any time criticize the Austin Police Department for that municipal law-enforcement agency's alleged possible failure to use reliable forensic science methods for officially determining whether I myself have, in fact, been victimized by, and continue to be victimized by, alleged continuous-daily-and-year-round personal-injury-crimes and anal-rape crimes, the latter of which allegedly having been exclusively inflicted on me during my sleep as I lie ALONE on my own bed (and I ALWAYS sleep alone on my own bed) inside my locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked rental unit in Austin?
I am a lifelong non-Christian gentleman, and I am the founder and only approved current member of a new and non-Christian implicitly-deistic "Honor Society" religion, the "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion", that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements. That fully independent new religion opposes consumption of drinking alcohol, tobacco products, marijuana, or any other illicit drug; opposes the emblazoning of tattoos on human bodies; opposes facial hair on human beings; opposes anonymous communications violating the privacy rights of the individual being subjected to those types of communications against his wishes; opposes verbalization of profanity in everyday conversations with another person; opposes medically-injurious noise pollution; opposes personal-injury-crimes and sexual-assault crimes; opposes home-invasion crimes; opposes thought-control projects; opposes fraudulent or deliberately dishonest communications; and opposes fraudulent or injurious "medical services".
I have resided in Austin proper on continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.
During the multi-year time period applicable to this public information request, I resided as an official rent-paying tenant at the following apartment units or hotel rooms:
---Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759. I resided in that particular apartment unit from January 2002 until July 29, 2015, when my lease to reside there expired.
---Crossland Economy Studios, 12621 Hymeadow Road, Room 133, Austin, Texas, 78729. I officially resided at this particular Extended Stay America hotel and efficiency apartments facility from July 29, 2015, until late September 2015.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apt. 902, Austin, Texas, 78759. I have resided in this unit ever since late September 2015.
I hope to hear from you soon in response to this public-information request from myself. Please do not hesitate to call me or write to me if you have any questions about any aspect of this public-information request from myself.
