TWENTY OR MORE REASONS WHY I OPPOSE THE SO-CALLED GAY RIGHTS MOVEMENT

(1) I very emphatically oppose virtually all of the sex-change operations occurring in the United States, and I very respectfully question the needs for ANY sex-change operations. My one-member (myself only) Progressive Prohibitionist Religion regards sex-change operations as sadistic and medically injurious.

(2) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion strongly supports the worker's and employer's right to know whether the HIV virus is present at their own workplace. Employees should feel honorbound to lawfully and in a civil manner volunteer to their employer very recent medical test results showing that they are either HIV-negative or, if applicable, HIV-positive. That information can help to protect the safety of coworkers and customers inside a workplace, and can also help to discourage ANY romantic dating among employees at that workplace.

(2a) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion emphatically believes that any individual who learns that he is "HIV positive" should feel honorbound to immediately and fully refrain from engaging in any physical intimacy or sexual contact of any type with other individuals, and should in an honorable manner pursue a strictly celibate lifestyle in which he limits his physical contact with others to hugs he might engage in with his pet dog, for instance, or handshakes with human beings that are polite and strictly mutual consent in nature.

(3) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion emphatically rejects the view that human identity is primarily sexual or gender-related in nature, and emphasizes instead that each individual should be held fully accountable for his or her moral values (or lack thereof), level of obedience of the law, level of friendliness toward a wide range of people of any and all backgrounds, level of vigilance in helping to protect the safety of other persons by reporting possibly illegal activities to reputable law-enforcement agencies, level of devotion toward helping to address the broader needs of the city, county, state, and nation in which he resides, etc.

(4) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion reveres a morally and aesthetically straight style that opposes nostril rings or tongue rings, and that minimizes use of jewelry on a human being, rejects profane speech in everyday communication, rejects anonymous communications violating the privacy rights of the person being subjected to those privacy rights against his wishes, rejects compelled-speech involvements, rejects stalking, and emphasizes the role of all persons, regardless of whether they are biological parents, in helping to raise children and befriending younger persons, such as by supporting educational property tax increases for law-abiding and honest public school districts.

(5) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion emphasizes the right of a permanently marijuana-free and law-abiding and honest gentleman or lady to associate with other law-abiding and honest gentlemen and ladies, and agrees that 99 percent or more of the adult American citizens fitting that admirable description are heterosexual men or heterosexual women.

(6) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion emphatically rejects thought-control projects, and strongly supports the role of a vigorous freedom of speech and freedom of religion tradition in which, among other things, civilly worded and non-anonymous criticism of individual persons who call themselves "gay" or "lesbian" or "homosexual" or "bisexual" or "transvestite" or "transsexual" or "effeminate male", and civilly worded and non-anonymous criticism of gay media companies, gay groups, etc., is revered as part of that Constitutionally-protected Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion tradition in the United States.

(7) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion emphatically rejects the religious and political and economic persecution of any person that involves retaliation against that person because he leads a personal life in which he excludes homosexual, gay, lesbian, transsexual, or transvestite persons. Freedom of NON-ASSOCIATION is fully protected by the Bill of Rights of the U. S. Constitution as a corollary to the Freedom of Association clause of the Bill of Rights.

(8) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion strongly supports the legal and Constitutional right of law-abiding and privacy-respectful American citizens who are permanently illicit-drug-free, marijuana-free, alcohol-free, and permanently tobacco-free, to associate in mutual-agreement contexts, including professionally as well as religiously and personally, with other American citizens fitting those descriptions, with law-abiding heterosexual men and law-abiding heterosexual women comprising 99 percent or more of all of the American citizens who fit this very important human description.

(9) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion strongly opposes any and all religious or political or economic persecution of any individual (myself, for instance) that relates to that person leading a law-abiding and honest life in which he enjoys and admires and is friendly and generous toward a significantly higher percentage of all of the law-abiding heterosexual adult men and law-abiding heterosexual adult women than of the homosexual, gay, lesbian, transsexual, or transvestite subpopulations. My religion also deplores and opposes any and all employment-related or housing-related discrimination against or retaliation against persons who exhibit a law-abiding form of heterophilia of this cited type.

(10) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion strongly supports the use of random-drug-testing by any and all employers, with the clear understanding that if an employee tests positive on a drug test, this is a sufficient grounds for the employer dismissing that employee.

(11) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion regards it as a form of sexual harassment of coworkers if an employee repeatedly talks about sex or sexual identity or his or her romantic dates at a workplace.

(12) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion strongly discourages the use of profanity or obscenities or lewd comments in everyday conversations, and particularly at the workplace.

(13) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion advocates a principled approach to human rights issues, such as the human right of a law-abiding member of the HIV-negative community to associate with other law-abiding members of the HIV-negative community.

(14) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion supports full privacy rights for any and all law-abiding individuals.

(15) My Progressive Prohibitionist Religion reveres the Freedom of Speech-protected and Freedom of Religion-protected legal and Constitutional right of any and all adult American citizens to delineate their own priorities and set their own course in their own life.

(16) My one-member (myself only) Progressive Prohibitionist Religion opposes any government-sponsored restrictions on the privacy rights of any individual (myself, for instance) that relates to that individual having a lawfully-expressed critical vantage point toward the so-called "gay community" and the so-called "gay rights" movement.

(17) Law-abiding gentlemen or ladies who are NOT alcoholics or recovering alcoholics should enjoy the full legal right and human right to associate in mutual-consent cases with other law-abiding gentlemen and law-abiding ladies who are NEITHER alcoholics NOR recovering alcoholics, it being the case that 99 percent or more of all of the law-abiding Texans or law-abiding Americans who are neither alcoholics nor recovering alcoholics, are, in fact, heterosexual in sexual identity per se.

(18) Law-abiding adult gentlemen who are members of the law-abiding HIV-negative Americans community have a legal and human right to associate in full in mutual-consent cases with other members of the law-abiding HIV-negative Americans community.

(19) American citizens who oppose legalization of marijuana or medical marijuana have the legal and human right to prefer to associate with other American citizens who oppose legalization of marijuana or medical marijuana, it being the case that 99 percent or more of all Americans fitting that description are, in fact, heterosexual in sexual identity.

(20) American citizens who consume ZERO alcohol and who are NOT alcoholics or recovering alcoholics have a legal and human right to associate in mutual-consent cases with other American citizens who consume ZERO alcohol and are NEITHER alcoholics NOR recovering alcoholics, it being the case that 99 percent or more of all Americans fitting that description are heterosexual in sexual identity per se.

(21) Honest, law-abiding American citizens who are not pathological liars and are not liars on a frequent basis have a legal and human right to associate in mutual-consent cases with other honest and law-abiding American citizens who are neither pathological liars nor liars on a frequent basis.

(22) Honorable American citizens who do NOT stroke or "goose" the behind of coworkers or work supervisors at the workplace, who do NOT grab or pinch or deliberately rub up against coworkers or work supervisors at the workplace, and who do not force "hugs" on coworkers or work supervisors at the workplace, have a legal and human right to oppose that type of activity by other individuals at the workplace, regardless of whether the individuals being criticized refer to themselves as being "gay" or "lesbian" or "gay militant" or "gay rights activists".

(23) The legal and human right of each American citizen to decide for himself whether he chooses to refer to himself as having a "sexual" identity of any type, should not be compromised in any way by the tendency of so-called "gay rights activists" and other self-identified "gay" or "lesbian" persons to make comments to friends or associates that speculate on whether the former individual is "gay" or "straight", etc.

to be continued
