Dear AISD Open Records Coordinator,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all letters, reports, memoranda, e-mail communications, arrest records, and any other documents that at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, were written or generated or received or sent or mailed or e-mailed or forwarded or FAXed by any staff member or employee or officer or official or administrator of the AISD Police Department's main office, the AISD Office of General Counsel, or the AISD Office of Superintendent, and that, in each and every such case, refer or refers at least once in any manner or any context to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any and all letters or e-mail letters that were exclusively written by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska. I was Salutatorian of the 1975 graduating class for Stephen F. Austin High School of Austin ISD in Austin, Texas. I am a 1979 alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin.

I am the founder and only approved current member of the non-Christian and anti-alcohol-minded, anti-marijuana-minded, anti-illicit-drugs-minded, anti-tobacco-minded, anti-tattoos-minded, anti-anonymous-communications-minded, anti-fraudulent-communications-minded, anti-profanity-minded, anti-noise-pollution-minded, anti-thought-control-projects-minded, and anti-stalking-minded Progressive Prohibitionist Religion---a new religion with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.

One of my three total respective home addresses during the applicable time period for this public-information request was: Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Building 3, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759. I resided in that particular apartment unit from January 2002 until July 29, 2015, when my lease to reside there officially expired.

I resided from July 29, 2015, until late September 2015 as a rent-paying paying official tenant living alone in a hotel room I had to myself at Crossland Economy Studios, 12621 Hymeadow Road, Apt. 133, Austin, Texas, 78729.

I have resided ever since late September 2015 as a rent-paying official tenant or rent-paying cited occupant (ever since October 1, 2016, in the latter case) in Apartment 902 of Building 9 at Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Austin, Texas, 78759. My official apartment-management-team-approved roommate here ever since late September 2015 has been, and continues to be, Mr. "Brett Andrew Meyer", a self-identified "currently registered student at Austin Community College" and former recent resident of Cedar Park, Texas.

On August 1, 2016, Austin Independent School District General Counsel Ylise Janssen, a female attorney member of the State Bar of Texas, wrote and e-mailed to me at 5:07 p.m. that day the following very surprising rejection letter:

"Ylise Janssen

"To John McMillan

"Dear Mr. McMillan:

"You have copied me on an email you sent to the Texas Attorney General's office regarding a complaint you have against the Austin Community College. As Austin ISD is not a party to your complaint, I ask that you please remove my name from your email list. Thank you for your attention to this matter. May you have a good day.

"FYI: Beginning Monday, June 6, 2016, Austin ISD will operate on a summer efficiency schedule. District offices will be open for business from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with all facilities closed on Fridays. The District will be closed the week of July 4-July 8, 2016. The summer efficiency schedule resumes on July 11 and continues through August 12, 2016. AISD returns to its normal schedule on Monday, August 15, 2016.

"The new school year starts on Aug. 22, 2016.

Thank you in advance, AISD Open Records Coordinator, for your very thorough reply letter providing me with any and all responsive documents.

Incidentally, please let me know as soon as possible if you anticipate that you will need to charge me more than $20 in processing fees for responding in full to this written request from myself.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan.
