"After reviewing this report, it appears that the victim has made several reports of sexual assault throughout the years to which have been unfounded due to his mental health. Officers on scene did not observed (sic) any physical evidence of a new sexual assault that had occurred that matched any description of an assault that the victim had given (torn bed sheets, physical appearance). The victim in this case has been told several times to report all criminal complaints to (APD) Officer (James) Turner with the (APD) CIT Unit as first documented in report #2012-2270505. The victim has since made similar reports of sexual assault and none have gone through Officer Turner, as it was supposed to have been done per the agreement made between the victim and CIT unit.
"Due to the similar circumstances of this report and responding officers observations and the similarities between multiple outcries of sexual assault over the years, the sexual assault information portion of the case will be unfounded."
