A respectful FYI to each of you noble law-enforcement officers,  government officials, civic leaders, political leaders, religious leaders, and others on the following exactly quoted  online public- information request (below)  that I wrote and submitted online  at 8:30 p.m. Mountain Time today at the official City Government of Austin website, 

along with the official acknowledgement e-mail reply letter (farther below) I received tonight from the Austin Police Department in the state-capital city for Texas.


My online information request tonight:


"This is a Texas Open Records Request in which I seek to obtain from you:


"----a copy of any report or record that states the exact total combined number of infrared motion- sensitive crime-evidence photos or video clips obtained from me since April 28, 2011, that were focused on my bedroom or elsewhere inside, or on the front porch  of, one or more of  my respective rental apartment units in Austin, and that the Austin Police Department is currently maintaining at an APD storage facility in Austin.


"---a copy of any and all legal documents stating that the Austin Police Department has destroyed or has been ordered to destroy any of the thousands of infrared motion- sensitive home invasion or trespassing or assault-by-physical-contact or sexual assault or anal rape or personal-injury crime or sleep-harassment crime-evidence photo images or video clips that I myself  provided to APD in the period from April 28, 2011, through the morning of December 31, 2021.


"---a copy of any and all reports authored or compiled or records of actions taken by APD in regard to the following APD Home-Invasion Sex Crime and Personal-Injury Crime and Sleep-Harassment Crime Cases:


"Case 11-1180447, activated by APD on April 28, 2011, and for which a forensic DNA swabs  sexual assault medical-evidence exam on me was performed on me by a forensic nurse that same day  at my request.


"Case 11-3550615, activated by APD on December 21, 2011, and for which a sexual-assault forensic evidence medical exam was performed on me at my request in the early-morning hours of December 22, 2011, by a forensic nurse.


"Case 16-1340923.


"Case 21-0830533, a crime case that was activated by APD on March 24, 2021.


"Case 21-2440624, a crime case that was activated by APD on September 1, 2021, and for which a sexual-assault forensic evidence medical exam was performed on me at my request by a forensic nurse.


"My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, in Lincoln, Nebraska.. I am a lifelong single gentleman. I am a white non-Hispanic male adult person. I have not consumed any alcohol since the late summer of 1990. I have not consumed any marijuana since the late fall of 1984. In my entire life I have never once consumed any illicit drug other than marijuana. I am a lifelong abstainer from any and all tobacco products and vaping products. I am a lifelong tattoo-less person. I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record. I am a former full-time employee in Austin of the Texas DPS,

the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, respectively."
