The City of Austin received a Public Information request from you on January 23, 2023, to request copies of records pertaining to the following:

“I am hereby requesting a copy of any and all emails, reports, memoranda, or other written communications generated, sent, Faxed, or mailed by any attorney, administrator, or other staff member in the City of Austin Law Department at any time from January 1, 2011, through the present that in each and every such case referred to me or to a public information request of mine at least once in any context.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. My date of birth is April 27, 1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am the founder and only member of the still-one-member-only and non-proselytizing Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, a religion with very strict membership-eligibility requirements. That one total religion of mine is not open to any prospective additional member for at least one year after I myself conclude that I have full and year-round access to fully reliable news and information in my own living and housing conditions.

My most recent address when I lived in Austin was 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418, Austin, Texas 78753.

My e-mail address throughout the entire 12-year period of this request was and is today mcmillanj@att.net. My home phone number in Austin from the relevant period January 1, 2011, through mid-December 2021 was (512) 342-2295.
