Dear Utah State Rep. Joel Briscoe and Utah State Senator Jen Plumb,

I am a rent-paying, gainfully employed, permanently alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, law-abiding,  single adult white male American citizen and registered-voter constituent of each of you.

 I am also a public-safety-minded Utahn gentleman and official  permanent resident of Utah ever since January 1, 2023. 

I would love to see the injury rates for all snow skiers in Utah be dramatically reduced as soon as possible.

Rep. Briscoe and Senator Plumb, do both of you very influential state lawmakers believe that the State of Utah should "follow the lead of Colorado" (see above copyrighted online link, and I myself  have not been able to obtain official confirmation on the accuracy of that online report) by  requiring  that all ski-resort clients in Utah must enroll as a student for  one total skiing lesson  taught by a professional skier at that ski resort before they are each  permitted to ski down a slope at that ski resort  in Utah?

Also, do both of you state legislators support a proposed new legal  requirement here in Utah that any and all ski-resort customers age 13 (?) or older  who plan to ski down the slopes at that Utahn ski resort later that day  must first pass an online multiple-choice "Utah Skiing Safety Skills Test"?

State Rep. Briscoe and State Senator Plumb, thank you in advance for your reply letters to me on this very important public-policy issue for Utah.
