Dear Open Records Coordinator for the Attorney General of Texas state agency in Austin, 

This is a Texas Open Records Request in which to obtain from you a copy of any and all documents written, generated, received, sent, or forwarded by the Office of General Counsel for   the Attorney General of Texas state agency at any time from 8 a.m. January 5, 2015, until 8 a.m. October 19, 2023, that each directly  referred to a long-term expectation or long-term risk that I myself, John Kevin McMillan---my date of birth 4-27-1957 and my place of birth Lincoln, Nebraska---might or would definitely  "go deaf" from my  being subjected against my own wishes to continuous and unwanted 24-hours-per-day or approximately 20-hours-per-day  year-round and multi-decade and continuing ambient or environmental or background or human-generated  noise pollution I myself did not produce, and in regard to which an official or staff member  of the Attorney General of Texas state agency  had identified the source, perpetrator, financier, or sponsor  of that continuous noise pollution either  occurring in Austin, Texas, elsewhere in Travis County, Texas, and in Williamson  County, Texas; 

or, alternatively, originating elsewhere in Texas.

I am a lifelong single gentleman, and I have never been married to anyone. I have been completely celibate ever since one total day in 1995. I led and continue to lead a civil and law-abiding,  vigilant and pro-law-enforcement, permanently alcohol-free, permanently marijuana-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-nonvaping, facially cleanshaven, lifelong tattoo-less, non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M, consistently clean-talking and non-profane in my everyday conversations, platonicly polite, permanently jewelry-less, single adult lifestyle throughout the entire time period of this Open Records Request.

Throughout the entire applicable time period for this request I used or currently use a personal e-mail address for myself of mcmillanj@att.net.

I resided in Austin, Texas, and was physically situated in Austin on a continuous and uninterrupted basis throughout the applicable time period from January 5, 2015, until the morning of December 31, 2021. My most recent  rental-apartment unit home address in Austin, a solo-occupancy rental unit, was Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apartment 2418, Bldg. 17, Austin, TX 78753.

My home phone number when I resided  in Austin during  the applicable time period was (512) 342-2295.

Ever since August of 2019, after I paid for and obtained my first-ever cell phone, my cell phone number has been and continues to be: (512) 993-7305.

I have resided in Utah and have been  situated specifically  in Salt Lake County, Utah,  on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since the late afternoon of December 31, 2021. I officially became a permanent resident of Utah on January 1, 2023.

A very first-rate Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist whom I consulted this year in Salt Lake City, Utah, indicated to me after testing my hearing capacity inside  his medical clinic  that I myself may be or am at risk of going deaf from my being subjected to continuous noise pollution in Utah.
