Below are two very surprising separate email reply letters to me on April 29, 2021 (directly below and also farther below) , and on August 16, 2021 (below), respectively, from a State Government of Tennessee Bureau of Investigations Law Enforcement Fusion Center in that U.S. state.
The April 29, 2021, reply letter to me from that Tennessee Fusion Center was:

Dear Congressman Doggett,
As you know, I myself am a very honest and dependably civil and law-abiding, gainfully-employed (in three different respective corporate-owned restaurants, no other employer), single-by-choice, platonicly polite, clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), celibate-by-choice, facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee), permanently-jewelry-less, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), lifelong-tobacco-free and very anti-tobacco-minded, lifelong non-vaping, permanently-marijuana-free (ever since 1984) and very anti-marijuana-minded, lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, white Anglo-Saxon English-Scottish-German-ancestry, politely non-Christian, non-Moslem, adult male constituent of yours.
I am also a lifelong American citizen, as I'm sure you are very aware, and I was NOT born in Texas. I myself was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. My date of birth: April 27, 1957 (4-27-1957).
I might add with polite emphasis that I myself DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record, as I'm also sure you are also very aware.
Congressman Doggett, are you alarmed by factual evidence I have obtained this year that two or more of the statewide law-enforcement fusion centers in the U.S. that I have sent e-mails to about myself being victimized by continuous alleged home-invasion-crimes, continuous alleged sex-crimes, and continuous alleged personal-injury crimes inside my current double-bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency rental apartment unit in Austin, Texas, have each apparently declined to accept or review any of those crime reports from me?
Farther below, please find factual documentation that the statewide law-enforcement fusion center for Massachusetts---a former state of residence for me where I resided in Worcester, Cambridge, Boston, and Quincy, respectively, in the 1980s---and the statewide fusion center for Connecticut---a state where I myself have never resided---and a fusion center for the Las Vegas area of Nevada (a state where an aunt and uncle of mine, Evalyn (Evelyn?) and Bob Orr, resided in Henderson in the Las Vegas area and also resided in Pioche, Nevada) are each apparently declining to accept any crime reports from me about my being a victim of criminal activities in Austin, Texas, in regard to which I myself suspect that alleged perpetrators or alleged financiers with possible out-of-state connections have had an illegal involvement of some type.
In that regard, I did receive one encouraging reply letter (directly below) this year from a statewide fusion center in Tennessee, a southern state I myself have never visited. I should add, however, that I myself have not received any confirmation from the Tennessee fusion center that any permanent resident of Tennessee has ever at any time allegedly violated the law in any of his or her conduct toward me. As a courtesy to that fusion center, I did provide that fusion center in Tennessee with the names of several persons I have met who previously resided in or currently reside in Tennessee.
