Does the absence of any reply note to me from all but three of your respective crime-fighting fusion centers ---with the sole apparent exceptions, as noted below, being fusion centers for the state of Oklahoma, the state of Tennessee, and the Los Angeles area of southern California----imply that NONE of your other fusion centers throughout the USA or in U.S.-owned territories have obtained any credible factual evidence indicating that one or more residents of your respective U.S. states or U.S. territories have allegedly or possibly violated the law in a context that victimized or currently victimizes myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas?
My full legal name is "John Kevin McMillan." I have been (and continue to be) an American citizen ever since my birth; I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska. I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, as I'm sure that each of your crime-fighting fusion centers can quickly confirm.
I lead a dependably civil and law-abiding and honest and vigilant pro-law-enforcement lifestyle, and I am gainfully-employed in three respective corporate-owned restaurants in Austin, two of which have their corporate headquarters in the friendly state of Florida. I am a white Anglo-Saxon lifelong single gentleman, currently age 64. I am a longtime abstainer from any consumption of drinking alcohol (ever since the late summer of 1990) and a lifelong abstainer from any and all tobacco products or vaping products. I am politely opposed to legalization of marijuana or so-called "medical" marijuana. I am a certified direct descendant of the Rev. William Brewster, a great Puritan religious leader who served as head chaplain on the Mayflower and, later, as a leading religious adviser to British Plymouth Colony Governor William Bradford in a geographical area that in recent centuries has been, and continues to be, situated in the U.S. state or Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
I am a former resident of Massachusetts (Worcester, Boston, Cambridge, and Quincy), the New York City area of New York State, Minnesota (New Ulm and Minneapolis, respectively), Florida (Fort Lauderdale and Naples, respectively), Missouri (the St. Louis area only), California (Berkeley only), and Nebraska (Lincoln only). John Kevin McMillan, current criminal-law complainant with the Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit in APD Case Number 21-0830533, with Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit Detective William Costello the first-rate assigned investigator in that alleged home-invasion-crimes-and-sex-crimes-and-personal-injury-crimes case. It is a very alarming crime case in which I am the cited single adult white non-Hispanic male victim during my sleeping hours inside my locked rental-apartment unit. The alleged home-invasion-crimes and other alleged crimes are allegedly occurring as I lie alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and possibly snoring, inside my current always-bolt-locked and fully-locked solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in northeast Austin.
The Austin Police Department (APD) has recently confirmed for me in writing that it is continuing to store two separate forensic DNA-swabs rape-evidence medical-exam kits that were each obtained from me through separate respective forensic medical exams on me by a state-certified female forensic nurse that occurred at my request in 2011 inside St. David's Medical Center in central Austin (one sexual-assault-evidence medical exam was performed on me on April 28, 2011, for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-1180447; the other exam was performed on me in the early morning hours of December 22, 2011, for APD Case 11-3550615).
As of today, APD has chosen against retroactively processing any of the DNA-traceable items in either or both of those two cited rape-evidence kits already in APD's possession for the full maximum possible 190-day time period.
Also as of today, APD has chosen against authorizing any additional forensic DNA-swabs rape-evidence medical exam on me on any occasion throughout the most recent nine-year period. I have repeatedly over a multi-year period ever since early 2012 requested APD Sex Crimes Unit authorization for a new rape-evidence exam on myself; but each of those requests of mine throughout the most recent nine-year period have been consistently declined or rejected by APD's Sex Crimes Unit.
I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice (including ever since I moved to north Austin in August 2001), lifelong-single, dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, Anglo-Saxon British-German-American adult gentleman and American citizen, age 64. My maternal grandmother, who resided as a married woman in a rural area near Iowa City, Iowa, had a maiden surname (last name) of "Siegling" and was herself 100 percent German in ancestry. My father, Calvin McMillan, was born in Murray, Utah, and he was raised there by his parents as a Mormon. Mormon ancestors of Father and of myself were reportedly persecuted in Nauvoo, Illinois, in the 19th Century.
I always sleep alone on my own bed inside my apartment unit, and ever since I moved into my current efficiency apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments on June 21, 2019, I have never once permitted anyone but on-duty Austin Police Department officers or, one one total occasion ever since I moved into my current unit in late June of 2019, on-duty Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services staff members, to enter my current rental-apartment unit at nighttime.
I might add with polite emphasis that I am the ONLY cited tenant and ONLY cited occupant in each of the two respective official 12-month lease agreements that I and the polite management team for my current apartment complex have signed. From: John Kevin McMillan, current complainant with Austin Police Department (APD) in Alleged Continuous Home-Invasion Crimes and Alleged Sex-Crimes and Alleged Personal-Injury Crimes Case 21-0830533---an alleged continuous-and-continuing-felony-crimes case for which I was denied a forensic medical-evidence DNA-swabs anal-rape sexual-assault medical exam on myself during a polite visit of mine by Austin-Travis County EMS ambulance to St. David's Medical Center in central Austin on Wednesday, March 24, 2021.
No examination of my anus was conducted at any time during my visit to that hospital's emergency room, with my polite male emergency-room doctor, Dr. Nair, stating that he would not want to do anything that might interfere in any way with the integrity of the forensic medical examination of me expected to occur later that day by a forensic nurse at the Safe Austin Alliance compound Eloise House in south Austin, that ER doctor indicated. I was then promptly discharged from the hospital's ER unit, and I then politely sat in the hospital ER's lobby in order to pursue some pertinent related phone calls.
A female official of Austin SAFE Alliance, Safeline Manager Rachel, stated me at 12:23 p.m. March 24 during a cell phone call I made from that St. David's ER lobby to her non-profit organization holding quasi-governmental authority over rape-exams in Austin, that they were not able to provide me with a forensic DNA-swabs anal-rape-evidence medical exam on myself. "You cannot have an exam at Eloise House (where forensic rape-evidence exams are routinely conducted by Austin SAFE Alliance)," Rachel stated to me from her end of the phone line. "Your needs surpass what they're able to provide at Eloise House. The hospital will need to dispatch a forensic nurse (to visit St. David's hospital), if needed." However, an Anglo female social worker for that St. David's hospital's emergency room staff, Wendy, stated to me in person at about 2 p.m. in the lobby of that St. David's Medical Center that I myself had already been released from the hospital as of that time, and that St. David's ER would not be willing to re-admit me, she said.
Minutes later, I was also officially denied authorization by APD for an anal-rape-evidence forensic sexual-assault medical-evidence exam on myself. "We won't authorize it at this time," Austin Police Department Detective William Costello, APD Badge Number 7057, stated to me at 2:07 p.m. that day when I called the APD Sex Crimes Unit's main phone number of (512) 974-5230 on my cell phone while I was still seated in the lobby of that St. David's hospital's emergency room...
