Dear Utah  State Senator Dr. Jen Plumb,

As a constituent of yours, I found this thought-provoking online copyrighted opinion column on the internet today and decided to offer it to you for your review.

Senator Plumb, do you believe the State Government of Utah should approve funding for a new statewide  "ADHD" study in our state?

I am referring to a proposed study that attempts to determine whether the number of Utahns who currently suffer from "Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder" is, in fact,  higher or significantly higher than the most recent  statewide estimates have indicated.

I am also hopeful that this proposed new study could attempt to identify any implications for public education, public health, private medical care providers, law-enforcement,  crime prevention, and public safety protection  throughout our state from any such revised statewide "ADHD" estimate.

Thank you in advance, Senator Plumb, for your helpful reply letter to me on this important public-policy issue.
