Best Wishes to you in your very influential role as our great Western state's Chief Executive Officer.

Below are two related public-policy questions --- one of them submitted to you online earlier today at your official Utah Governor's Office website, and the other one submitted at this time through a friendly follow-up e-mail letter farther below --- that I am respectfully posing to you today.

Gov. Cox, I would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that the current State Senator for my  district, Senator Derek Kitchen, a Democrat, very helpfully stated to me on the telephone at 11:58 a.m. Mountain Time today that he supports my legal right to lead a celibate lifestyle here in Salt Lake City in which no one has any physical contact with me or any sexual contact with me during periods when I myself am asleep and lying alone unconscious on my own bed inside my fully-locked current solo-occupancy rental apartment unit in downtown Salt Lake City.
