Subject: Police case ID you requested on 2-4-22

Feb. 6, 2022
Dear Austin (TX) Police Department Sex Crimes Detective Kianes at your APD unit's office phone number for yourself of (512) 974-5805,

The applicable police case number you requested from me on the telephone on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, is:
Sandy (Utah) Police Case Number SY22-6112.

Three male Sandy Police Officers -- Officers Burke, Slack, and Ewald, no badge numbers cited to me --- visited my current hotel room today (Sunday) from about 3:25 (?) p.m. Mountain Time until 3:44 p.m. Mountain Time and interviewed me in person for that newly generated Sandy Police case.

Officer Burke, who volunteered to me that he often investigates Sex Crimes cases for Sandy Police and has lots of experience with cases of that type, stated to me that he does not plan to contact Austin Police on this.

Officer Burke stated to me that his in-person review during his visit today of three separate and unsolicited Feb. 3, 2022, e-mails  I had myself received in my e-mail inbox in my cell phone, indicated to Officer Burke that they lacked credibility, he said.

The self-identified current Austin (TX) resident who had complained to me in writing on Feb. 3 that he is being anally raped on a nightly basis during his sleeping hours inside his locked residence in Austin, "obviously has major mental health issues", Officer Burke stated.

Officer Burke also stated to me that the fecal smear on the far right side of a white fitted sheet near the foot of my own hotel room bed indicated to Officer Burke that "you (John Kevin McMillan) pooped there," he stated to me.
I politely replied that I very definitely did NOT defecate on my bed.
Officer Burke repeatedly stated to me in the final seconds of the three Sandy Police officers' visit inside my hotel room that "you (John Kevin McMillan) need to talk with a mental health professional".

APD Detective Kianes, please do not hesitate to call me or write to me if you have any follow-up questions for me.

If you authorize me in advance, I will immediately forward to you each of the 3
e-mails I received on Feb. 3, 2022, from the cited continuous and continuing anal-rape crimes victim in Austin, Texas. That self-identified crime victim emphasized to me that he is a longtime celibate heterosexual male adult person.

Best Wishes,
from Nebraska native John Kevin McMillan, date of birth 4-27-1957 and my city of birth Lincoln.
My current home address ever since mid-January 2022 has been and continues to be:
Extended Stay America, 7555 S. Union Park Avenue, Room 227 (I live alone in my double-locked room on the second floor), Midvale, UT 84047. Sandy Police has jurisdiction over this hotel location, I was told on the phone today by a local police dispatcher, since my hotel room is actually situated within the city limits of Sandy, Utah.
My personal cell phone: (512) 993-7305.
