TWC STATE AGENCY GENERAL COUNSEL PAUL N. JONES IN AUSTIN: ALL E-MAIL COMPLAINTS FROM JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN OF AUSTIN MAY BE AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED AS JUNK MAIL


(Explanatory Note: The following is the exact text of a 2014 intra-agency written reply note that Texas Workforce Commission state agency General Counsel Paul N. Jones wrote and sent to TWC Civil Rights Division Director Lowell A. Keig. This legal document was released to John Kevin McMillan of Austin in response to a March 2015 public-information request that Mr. McMillan submitted to that state agency. According to recently updated online records for Mr. Keig, he is cited as either being or having been the chair of the Health Law Section of the Austin Bar Association.)
