TRAVIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE INVESTIGATOR LORI CARTER TO SELF-IDENTIFIED CONTINUOUS-ANAL-RAPE-CRIMES VICTIM JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN: 'IMMEDIATELY REFRAIN FROM EVER AGAIN DISCUSSING "THE MATTER" INSIDE OR NEAR THE SCHLOTZSKY'S CHAIN RESTAURANT LOCATION AT BALCONES WOODS AND RESEARCH BOULEVARD IN NORTHWEST AUSTIN'

The following is the exact and complete verbatim transcript of a recorded voice-mail phone message that Sergeant Investigator Lori Carter of the Travis County District Attorney's Office left on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at 2:01 p.m., on the private AT&T-service phone line of John Kevin McMillan----who during that time period resided at an apartment complex a few blocks from the cited Schlotzsky's chain restaurant location in northwest Austin:

"Mr. McMillan, this is Lori Carter with the Travis County District Attorney's Office.

"I understand from some of the folks at Schlotzsky's that you have sent them e-mails and have been discussing the matter in their establishment with the employees. And they are requesting that you refrain from discussing the matter in their establishment or around their establishment----and that you not contact any of them by e-mail anymore.

"Of course, you are welcome to go in and eat there at Schlotzsky's. But they just request that you not discuss the matter anymore with anybody there at Schlotzsky's, and refrain from contacting them by e-mail.

"And I might add that they have the option of serving you with a criminal trespass warning if that conduct continues. But they have chosen not to do so at this time.

"They said that you are a good customer, and wanted you to still be allowed to come in and frequent the restaurant. But they just request that you refrain from discussing the matter, and not e-mail them anymore. Thank you.”
