AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT DETECTIVE WILLIAM LACOMBE ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14, 2012, AT 1:39 P.M. LEAVES RECORDED VOICE-MESSAGE REPLY ON THE HOME PHONE LINE OF COMPLAINANT JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN IN REGARD TO APD CRIME REPORT 12-5011148 RELATING TO ALLEGED VERBALIZATION OF PROFANITY INSIDE A BANK BY A BANK EMPLOYEE TOWARD THE COMPLAINANT

“Hey, John, Detective LaCombe with the Austin Police.

"I want to talk to you about a case that you'd filed on somebody for DSE (DFC?) abusive language.

"The way that you take care of these, it's a class C misdemeanor. So detectives won't be working this case, but that doesn't mean that the case is not going to be handled.

"You would go to the Municipal Court at 7th Street. And you could go up to the second floor and then you file charges yourself.

"You'd fill out an affadvait, and then they would actually walk you through it.

"If you have any questions, you can call me at (512) 974-4254.

“Thanks.”
