A respectful FYI to each of you on the following very alarming factual evidence that the City Attorney's Office in Austin, Texas (also referred to as the City of Austin Law Department), on at least 10 separate occasions ever since January 2012 has directly written to the Attorney General of Texas, seeking official written permission to withhold from the general public legal documents generated by that City Attorney's Office that each refer to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

I hope that this very apparent legal-liability issue currently facing the City Government of Austin will pose a concern to each of you very influential government officials, civic and cultural leaders, political leaders, and news media professionals.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
