Dear City Government of Austin Open Records Officials,

I still have not received any reply e-mail note from APD Open Records Coordinator Don Field on this (see below). Is Mr. Field still the designated public-information coordinator for the Austin Police Department?

If so, would you please send me the E-mail address for Mr. Field's immediate supervisor, so I can ask the supervisor of Mr. Field to please confirm for me in writing that APD has received the following Feb. 10, 2014-dated Open Records request from myself, and that I will be receiving a reply letter from APD by the state-mandated deadline that provides me with any and all documents responsive to that Feb. 10, 2014, public-information request from myself.

Thank you in advance for your kind assistance on this.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan.

A respectful FYI on the following (below),

from former "Miami Herald" Company employee John Kevin McMillan, who myself worked full-time for a brief period in 1979 as a reporter for the "Miami Herald"-owned "Broward Times" newspaper in western Broward County, Florida.

My home phone in Austin, Texas: (512) 342-2295.

As always, I would welcome any phone calls from the news media or from a government agency about this very important legal-rights and human-rights case. Also, I would welcome any and all private or public comprehensive forensic DNA-swab medical exams on myself at any time during this period. And I would welcome any temporary multi-day or multi-week comprehensive electronic surveillance of my private bedroom---where I ALWAYS sleep ALONE on my bed----that any media company or government agency is willing to sponsor during this period, with the clear advance understanding that factual information obtained from that electronic suveillance of my private bedroom per se could later be used in a criminal-law proceeding in a court of law on my behalf as the cited victim of alleged frequent daily and year-round and multi-year anal rape crimes during my sleep and of alleged daily and year-and multi-year personal injury crimes primarily occurring during my sleep.
