“John, this is Detective Silva with APD.

“Um, I'm just letting you know that we did receive your SAFE kit, although it was not approved.

“You're going---that's something that's going to have to be dealt with with the hospital and yourself, for billing on that.

"Um, there is no case at this time. I'm letting you know that there is no case at this time that we're investigating.

"And at this point, there's not any evidence to show that there is a, a case that is to be worked. Okay?

"So I'm just letting you know that your case is being unfounded, at this time.
