AUSTIN POLICE DETECTIVE WILLIAM LACOMBE ON MARCH 31, 2012, AT 8:37 P.M. LEAVES RECORDED VOICE-MAIL REPLY TO CRIMINAL-LAW COMPLAINANT JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN IN REGARD TO APD CRIME REPORT NUMBER 12-5011148 INVOLVING ALLEGED VERBALIZATION OF PROFANITY BY A BANK EMPLOYEE TOWARD THE CITED COMPLAINANT INSIDE A BANK LOCATION IN AUSTIN

“Hey, John, Detective LaCombe, Austin Police, returning your call. Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier. I was out sick for quite a few days.

"Anyway, I believe you asked if it costs anything for you to file the charge as yourself.

"I don't think it does. But again, I would contact the experts, which are at the Municipal Court, located at 7th Street and the west frontage of I-35.

"Anyway, so, give me a call. And I'd like to talk to you in person, because -- I don't know. Your voice message, you had a couple of different questions, and I can't remember what the last one was.

"But anyway, my phone number is: 512-974-4254.

"Thank you. Bye.”
