APD SENIOR POLICE OFFICER JAMES TURNER ON JUNE 11, 2015, LEAVES VOICE MAIL MESSAGE FOR SELF-IDENTIFIED ANAL-RAPE-CRIMES VICTIM JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN, URGING THAT COMPLAINANT TO TALK ONLY WITH THAT PARTICULAR 'APD CRISIS INTERVENTION TEAM' OFFICER ABOUT BEING ANALLY RAPED DURING THE VICTIM'S SLEEP ON A DAILY AND YEAR-ROUND BASIS AS THE SINGLE ADULT WHITE NON-CHRISTIAN MALE VICTIM LAY ALONE ON HIS OWN DESIGNATED PRIVATE BED INSIDE HIS BOLT-LOCKED RENTAL APARTMENT UNIT IN NORTHWEST AUSTIN

(The following is the exact text, with occasional parenthetical clarifications added, of an entire voice mail message that was left for criminal-law complainant and self-identified continuous-anal-rapes victim John Kevin McMillan at 10:14 a.m. Thursday, June 11, 2015, by Austin (TX) Police Department Senior Police Officer James Turner, a member of APD's “Crisis Intervention Team" in Austin, Texas. The Sergeant King cited in the following voice-mail message is Sergeant Michael King, reportedly the immediate supervisor of Officer Turner at APD's "Crisis Intervention Team" unit.

The following voice-mail phone message, a recorded message still being stored today with the single adult white male complainant's AT&T Uverse telephone service, was left at John K. McMillan's private landline phone-service home phone number of (512) 342-2295. The voice-mail message was left by APD Officer Turner toward the end of a multi-year period when Mr. McMillan resided as an official apartment-management-team-approved rent-paying tenant at Wind River Crossing Apartments, Apartment 325, at 11411 Research Boulevard in northwest Austin. --- jkm)

"Hey John, this is Officer Turner with the Austin Police Department. I'm contacting you regarding your contact you've had with (APD) Corporal (Angel) Polansky (of APD's Public Information Office).

"Just to let you know, she's (Corporal Polansky) been forwarding me all your E-mails, and your all's conversations.

"I just wanted to make sure that you use me as your liaison to the Austin Police Department regarding all these—uh, all your---complaints on the, um, investigation regarding you.

"So again, any complaints about your victimization of being anally raped, you need to forward them to Officer Turner or Sergeant King. My phone number is 512-854-3444----854-3444.

"John, just to let you know again: You need to only be speaking with me or Sergeant King regarding these, uh, these claims.

"So, uh, we are more than welcome to help you. You just need to give us a call up. Or, um, contact me by E-mail. I know you have my E-mail address. So just make sure you contact us. There's no need to contact Corporal Polansky. She's not going to tell you anything, other than to talk to me.
