"Mr. President, I'm sure you are very aware that inter-racial rapes (inter-racial sexual assaults) occur at an alarming frequency in the United States, including in Texas. Do you support a revision of federal law that will automatically classify any and all inter-racial rapes as hate crimes, including in cases in which the victim (myself, for instance) is a single adult white Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic person of English, Scottish, and German ancestry (my own ethnic and racial identity)? Also, do you support revision of federal law that will automatically classify as a hate crime any conduct in which a perpetrator subjects another human being (myself, for instance) to sexual contact or personal injury or physical abuse or assault by physical contact during the latter's sleeping hours in a context in which the latter person is asleep and unconscious? The sanctity of sleep for each American citizen should and must be protected more diligently through our legal system and criminal-justice system, as I'm sure you will agree."
