Thank you for your polite reply letter to me today in response to my November 5, 2021-dated public-information request focused on myself that your state agency officially received on November 8, 2021.
I was very surprised to read your statement to me today that you have no responsive documents from the period ever since 11 a.m. January 20, 2015, that refer to me at least once in any manner.
As I am sure you are very aware, I am the gainfully-employed, permanently-alcohol-free and very-anti-marijuana-minded, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-non-vaping, lifelong-tattoo-less, facially-cleanshaven, permanently-jewelry-less, platonicly polite, recently-certified-HIV-negative, consistently clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), dependably civil and law-abiding and very honest, white Anglo-Saxon longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, current criminal-law complainant and cited victim during my sleeping hours --- I always sleep alone on my own bed, and I DO NOT permit anyone but on-duty Austin Police Department (APD) officers, or, in rare cases, on-duty Austin-Travis County EMS employees responding to a 911 phone call from me, to enter my double-bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit anytime between the hours of 8 p.m. at nighttime and 8 a.m. in the morning; and I might politely add that ever since I moved into my current apartment at Pebble Creek Apartments in NE Austin on June 21, 2019, I myself have NEVER had any invited overnight guest or any invited overnight visitor anywhere inside my current double-bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency rental apartment unit ---- in the currently-active Austin Police Department Sex Crimes and Alleged Home-Invasion Crimes Case Number 2021-2440624.

I have politely emphasized to APD Detective Costello in writing that I myself DO NOT agree to ever myself have any sexual contact or any intimate physical contact with any non-Anglo person or anyone more than two years older than me in age---and I DO press criminal-law charges accordingly on my own behalf. I am VERY opposed to inter-racial rape, and I strongly support the approval of new legislation by the Texas Legislature that will automatically classify as a hate crime any and all inter-racial sexual assaults that ever occur anywhere in Texas, regardless of whether the victim is a white Anglo-Saxon human being.
I am very proud of my own English-Scottish-German ancestry and heritage, and I lead a lawfully Anglophiliacal lifestyle that during my leisuretime is inclusive toward a higher percentage of all of the law-abiding white Anglo-Saxon heterosexual adult men my age or younger than of the other subpopulations of adult men. In that regard, one very insightful and courageously incisive first-rate attorney member of the State Bar of Texas, John F. Campbell of the Austin area, around the turn of the century wrote a very helpful legal letter on my behalf. In that legal letter, attorney John F. Campbell stated in writing that he will file a lawsuit on my own behalf against any person or group of persons or entity that or who exhibits a defiance of my own legal right to lead a life for myself in which all or nearly all of my own men friends and male adult associates are heterosexual or primarily heterosexual.
