I have not been able to find an e-mail address for an ombudsman or customer service liaison for your entire state agency---someone who assists Texan taxpayers in obtaining the contact information they need. As many programs and services as your state agency offers, you could save lots of time for millions of Texans each year if you would please post at the top right corner or top left corner of your online home page the correct e-mail address for an ombudsman or customer service representative for your entire state agency. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE ON THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
