A respectful FYI to each of your law-enforcement agencies on the following very surprising rejection letter (farther below) I received today (Thanksgiving) from the Oviedo, Florida-based "National Association of Bunco Investigators" (NABI) organization that seeks to "counter...elder exploitation through information sharing", as their website explains. Their website also cites their goal of "Exposing Exploitation/ Safeguarding Our Seniors".
The rejection letter to me specifically stated that I am myself prohibited from ever again sending any e-mail to "intel@nabihq.org".
The rejection letter did not specifically state whether I myself am also forbidden from ever writing to the highly-esteemed President of that nationwide organization, Dale Morgan---himself a first-rate crime investigator for the San Jose, California-based Office of the District Attorney for Santa Clara County (CA). For that reason, I am courtesy-carbon-copying this hopefully-polite follow-up letter to NABI President Morgan at his cited official DA's Office e-mail address of "dmorgan@dao.sccgov.org".
Their charitable nationwide organization's copyrighted website also states:
"NABI is comprised of members from law enforcement and related fields devoted exclusively to assist in the identification, apprehension, and prosecution of Confidence Crime and certain other Non-Traditional Organized Crime group suspects.
"The crimes committed by these suspects are particularly devastating to our senior citizens. Examples of these crimes are: Pigeon Drop, Bank Examiner Scheme, Home Repair Fraud, Fortune Telling Fraud, Sweetheart Swindles, Home Invasion Burglaries, Handkerchief Switch, Lottery Scam and many other crimes that exploit the elderly...."
I regard it as very noteworthy that the group rejecting me this Thanksgiving Day has specifically cited "home-invasion" crimes victimizing senior citizens as a category of crime they seek to deter in order to help protect the safety and medical-health and personal property of senior citizens. I myself am age 64. My date of birth is 4-27-1957. I am a very honorable and hard-working, gainfully-employed, always-sober, dues-paying individual member of the AARP, the United States Tennis Association, and the Berkeley-based "Americans for Non-Smokers' Rights" non-profit organization.

The rejection letter did not specifically state whether I myself am also forbidden from ever writing to the highly-esteemed President of that nationwide organization, Dale Morgan---himself a first-rate crime investigator for the San Jose, California-based Office of the District Attorney for Santa Clara County (CA). If President Morgan objects to my sending occasional carbon-copies to himself or some other specific officer of the National Association of Bunco Investigators at his or their own official respective e-mail addresses, I would appreciate it if President Morgan would let me know as soon as possible. I might add that one of those highly-esteemed current officers for NABI is NABI Treasurer Dirk Moore---who is himself employed by the Lavaca County (TX) Sheriff's Office in Hallettsville, Texas.
I myself have resided in Texas on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since January of 1988.

I regard it as very noteworthy that the group rejecting me this Thanksgiving Day has specifically cited "home-invasion" crimes victimizing senior citizens as a category of crime they seek to deter in order to help protect the safety and medical-health and personal property of senior citizens. I am a very honorable and hard-working, gainfully-employed, always-sober, dues-paying individual member of the AARP, the United States Tennis Association, and the Berkeley-based "Americans for Non-Smokers' Rights" non-profit organization.
I myself DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record, and I DO NOT participate in or fail to strongly oppose any and all home-invasion crimes---regardless of the age or racial or ethnic identity or socioeconomic status or nation of birth or religious identity or anti-religious identity or political beliefs or cited "prejudices" of the intended or actual victim or victims of those home-invasion crimes.
