From: John Kevin McMillan, current criminal-law complainant with the Austin (TX) Police Department in an alleged Sex Crimes and Home-Invasion Crimes case in which I am the white single adult male victim during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious, inside my bolt-locked rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in NE Austin. I have been and continue to be the only approved tenant and only approved occupant on each of the respective official signed multi-month lease agreements I have had or currently have for my current apartment unit in the multi-year period ever since June 21, 2019.
I might add with polite emphasis that I myself am gainfully employed (exclusively in three respective and separate corporate-owned restaurants in Austin, with two of the very honorable restaurant chains I work for being headquartered in Florida---Orlando and Tampa, respectively---and one of my very honorable restaurant chain employers being headquartered in San Antonio, Texas).
Also, I myself DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record. I lead an always-sober platonicly polite lifestyle, and I have first-rate credibility as a criminal-law complainant. In fact, I have offered to take a lie-detector test in my capacity as a current criminal-law complainant, in order to help APD confirm the accuracy of my criminal-law complaint to APD. I was told this year by my polite crime-case investigator, Detective William Costello, that APD has a policy of authorizing lie-detector tests for suspects, but not for criminal-law complainants, he helpfully mentioned to me during a phone conversation I had with him this year. I would welcome a lie-detector test on myself by APD or the FBI or any other law-enforcement agency with possible legal jurisdiction that is willing to grant me one in a context relating to the current crime case.
